The breakfast was hot and delicious! Real confort food, especially the biscuits and gravy. My duaghter enjoyed the pool every day while I took lunch, which was great foir my work schedule. The staff was awesome and the hotel was clean, we were very satisfied!

The only thing wrong was that the laundry machines were not working, which we really needed. However, the staff did look up and print out the directions to the nearest Eco laundry place for us. That was super helpful!

Clean room and friendly staff. Nice hot breakfast. Mgr Isabel is working very hard to make it the excellent hotel it is. Next to ASU campus and the clean outdoor pool was just what I needed. Will stay again.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The breakfast is fantastic thanks to Cynthia who works that area. She is a rockstar. Cynthia is kind, caring and personable. She remembers all the guests and greets us all with fun tidbits. She is a joy. All the staff has been great. Which is rare. The gym is open 24hour. ASU, CVS and lots of food/coffee options are all within walking distance.

Nothing I didn’t like.

Relatively good price with a room, breakfast, gyms including a small pool, etc. Bed and restroom were satisfactory and lounge was also quiet to read a book and stay. Most staff were friendly and eager to help. I thank all staff at reception desk. Most part of ASU can be covered by 15 to 20 mins walking. Lots of restaurants are located around there.

There was some bad smell like musty smell when I opened my room for the first time. I tried to refresh the air by opening a window, but it was limited to open wider. I opened most time to refresh it.

Beds were super comfy, quiet halls, enough room space. Can hear vehicles down the street, but was a great stay. Microwave, fridge, and kurieg.

Ice machine on floor was out of order. Pool was out of order. Over priced snacks. AC doesn't stay on, turns off now and then.

We needed to be near ASU's Tempe campus. It was CLOSE and very convenient. The staff was friendly and the free parking felt secure. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We appreciated the combination safe in the wardrobe.

The free breakfast was a little disappointing. When I told friends at what hotel we were staying, they got me excited about the "famous pancakes." Of course, because of COVID, the machine/maker was not available. It was nice having some hot-food options, though, rather than just a breakfast bag with a water, apple, danish, and granola bar like other hotel chains offer at the moment.

My wife had a cockroach crawl on her and she was jumping all over the place swinging her arms with her sandals and trying to kill it. Sitting in the middle of the bed not trusting the darkness 😒 . She went to work cranky 😒
