Breakfast was sufficient and had several options. The price was good. Distance from the Phoenix airport was ideal. A late check-in was helpful as we didn't get to the hotel until after midnight.

Everything was clean, but the hotel felt a little dated. Some construction was going on during our stay, but this did not bother us too much.

The staff was amazing. Barbara was very sweet and had excellent customer service. The location was amazing. The bed and sheets were so comfortable to sleep in! I could not wake up of how comfy I was! The bathroom was very nice & clean! I would definitely come her again & recommended this hotel.

Loved the breakfast. Was everything one could want. The location was perfect. Had everything I needed around me along with good views of the desert. Loved it a ton primarily for location and the overall hotel was nice and clean.

What I didn't love too much is all stuff that's not easily fixed by the hotel. I think the placement of the coffee maker in the room was weird to be in the bathroom and that the tv should honestly be a smart tv at this point. Our's in our room didn't even work sadly so I was unable to utilize that but over all the room was pretty good!

I didn’t really like the breakfast to be quite honest… The eggs are funny… I was wondering if it was strange powder mix and water or something? I did like the selection of fruit and yogurt. Waffles are always delicious!! And I would’ve preferred bacon over sausage. There was a nice selection of juice, and it was nice to have coffee and flavored creamers-

I went to your little grocery store in the hotel to get ice cream it was way too incredibly expensive- And then again it was nice to have a little selection to choose from without driving to a store-

This will be my go-to hotel chain from now on. It was refreshing to see exactly what the pictures online showed. This one was under renovations during our stay but I never heard or seen the work being done. The staff was great and our room was too.

The location was excellent for us, the staff were helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Beds were good and breakfast options were very good

Nothing to dislike, that we found. When we first stayed the pool was being refinished, when we returned it was completed and was a nice outlook.

I love how clean the overall hotel was. I love how friendly and helpful the staff was, always willing to help and very polite. The hotel was conveniently located near shops and restaurants.

Honestly I have nothing negative to say about this hotel everything and everyone was extremely helpful and nice. I will be booking my stay at this hotel in the future.

One of the reasons I always book with the Hampton was their beds—it used to be luxurious. They have changed. The mattress is too bouncy, the feather pillows were worn out, the other pillows provide no support, the comforter was flimsy, and the sheets felt scratchy.

The rooms were spacious and kept clean.

Didn’t provide water bottles in the room- most Hiltons have complimentary water bottles- especially when it is 105 degrees.

Very nice, clean, and comfortable. Front desk was super nice and friendly.

Pillows were very uncomfortable and the price we reserved for came out to be more which was very unfortunate and inconvenient to us.
