Beautiful art deco styled Hotel in Downtown Phoenix. great restaurants inside, the sushi was awesome down near the hotel lobby. I saw there was a steakhouse menu but did not get to try.The nibbles and nosh on the Thirteenth floor were really good features a Latin menu consisting of various Tapas and a nice selection of wines. Great view of the city skyline, and a decent gym on the second floor. Near by parking garage. I would definitely book again! Tons to do in walking distance of the hotel grounds.

The breakfast menu was pretty pricey as well as the tapas up on the 13th floor… but I understand how that type of business goes. I still rate this place highly

The food it self was good, however, I was under the mistaken impression that breakfast was provided included in the daily rate, so at approximately $30.00 for just myself, and a required cash gratuity, for some one to seat me, and bring a coffee, not so much. This was a serve your self buffet type of set up.

Safety was a major consideration for my guest, ie. Rooms with no outside way of entry. You had to enter building, use key card to use the elevator to get to the floor your room was at. $40.00 a day to have a place to park, and the ease of valet parking.well, we used that, but , then of course gratuity every time you asked to get your car. Little much.all in all, a safe stay, got done what we needed to, gone in two days. The value, not so much, I'll leave my guest back home next time, stay in the out skirts of phoenix.,cheaper, parking, I'll deal with the safety issues as they arise.

Beautiful, clean and well maintained.

Being a customer service manager for many years, I feel all who work in customer service should at least do the basics of using ‘please’ and ‘thank you’. The woman who checked us in did neither. No manners - not once during the entire check-in process. She was efficient in her position but not up to the standards of how the hotel presents itself. This was our only complaint otherwise we truly enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was great. I ordered the omelet and it was delicious. The location was perfect. I was attending an event at the Convention Center, which was just a short walk down the street.

Room was very clean and comfortable. However, it would be nice to have a towel hook right by the tub and a magnifying makeup mirror by the sink.

Breakfast was good, although the staff was a little bit inattentive after the initial order was placed. The rooftop bar was a nice place for a nightcap. Surprised at how quiet our room was, given that we were right downtown. I especially loved the very quiet airconditioning, and the fact that the bathroom was warmed, even when the roomtemperature was set relatively low.

The entrance was a little difficult to find. Also the curb from the street to the sidewalk at the entrance is extremely high, so a little dangerous, especially when stepping down.

Great location! The rooms were clean and spacious.

Parking! They only offer valet parking for $40 a day. We talked to the manager of the parking deck that is on the corner and he said a lot of hotels in the area will validate your parking ticket if you park there but Hilton Garden Inn isn’t one of those hotels.

Nice location to Chase Field

We went to bar on 13th floor and I ordered a Bloody Mary drink and they didn’t have it and then ordered a pina colada and they didn’t have that either so I just had water. Husband order a whiskey drink and 2 drink was $25 dollars. We were shocked. Too expensive

Clean, comfortable and easy check-in. Close to the baseball stadium and museums downtown. Good restaurants in walking distance. We have tried other places in San Diego but prefer the Hilton Garden as it is consistently a great place to stay. Staff are always smiling and helpful. Great breakfast restaurant inside the Hilton. Their staff remembers us each year we visit from AZ. A home away from home.

Everything was great.

It is old and cool, the location is good, it was quiet inside, clean. Loved the 13th floor balcony. We had a corner room on the 5th floor and overall it was very nice. The room smelled clean, the towels were very nice. Great windows.

Breakfast is not included, the street noise is loud, the room wasn’t as clean as I would expect for this nice of a hotel. There were hairs in the shower, the floors were kind of sticky. We went up to the 13th floor balcony which was great, however the drinks were good but pricey and the food menu was a very short list, would love to have had a few more options. Missing a dry cleaning bag. Bathroom did not have a fan.

Stay at the Hilton Garden a lot. It is one of the best locations to stay in Phoenix that is still reasonably priced. The bartender was great.

First time the attendant at the front was not very welcoming, it seemed like we were inconviencing her. She didn't give us the normal spiel and pretty much just handed us the room key.
