It is a very nice hotel a few blocks from the diamondbacks stadium. The room was spacious and the full fridge with freezer was very nice. We even had a dishwasher in our room! The bed was.very comfortable. The desk was a good size for me to work. Breakfast 10/10.

The valet parking is hard because there is a strip of gravel you have to carry all the bags over before you get to the sidewalk.

The hotel staff was great. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and they provided customer service which seems rare in this day and age.

The only complaint I had was that it was loud in the room. If you are a soft sleeper, it’s a problem. I am not a soft sleeper and it was still seemingly loud. You can hear people all around you through the walls, ceiling and floor.

It was directly across The street from the foot print center. The breakfast bar was great and very convenient. The valet service was a plus and the shampoo smelled so good

I didn’t like that the parking situation was confusing until we went to check in. The staff however made was informative and very observant and advised us of the parking service.

40 dollars for valet a little high and they asked for a tip whenever they got my car or I brought or back. We were there 3 days we only took the car out once a day. So that was a bit annoying. I tip only on pick up. felt pressured to tip both times

The room was very spacious having the extra sofa and a full size refrigerator/kitchen was a huge plus!

We were not able to check in until hours later due to their systems being down, fortunately we had a baseball game to attend and after the game we were able to, but Hilton should try to do better for their customers.

Parking. $40/night is outrageous and the truck stayed on the curb out front and not in a parking lot. Getting a text that the valet is hustling to get my vehicle when the keys are just handed to me and it’s out front. Then they want a tip. Not good. That needs to change

We loved everything about the facilities. The rooms were the best I've ever stayed in. Huge rooms, very well lit, comfy beds & pillows, well stocked little kitchen & comfy sofa. Location was close to everything. Nice little bar in the lobby & breakfast choices were great! Super clean everywhere.

Charged me 40 dollars to park outside the door. Valet charged me to park. I parked in an open unmarked spot and valet charged me. They didn't do anything except keep my keys. I shouldn't be charged after paying for a room and being a Hilton member.

We took an Uber to the hotel to spend one night. Very easy. Comfortable bed. Easy breakfast before ubering back to the airport. The staff on July 10 ,2024, were very helpful and courteous. We walked an easy block to a Diamondback game with the Braves. Great stay!

The breakfast lounge is very nice and every thing you need is there from hot and cold cereal to fruit and waffles if you like. Every convenience is available as well.

I didn’t like the key system in the elevator-takes a little getting used to is all.
