This was our second time staying at the SpringHill Suites and we continue to love this place! The staff is lovely and accommodating-- getting us travel cribs, rooms close together, helping with any questions or issues immediately. Lea, Sam, and Alicia at the front desk just could not have been more gracious. The rooms are large, the furniture is comfortable, the breakfast has so many (good) options. The location is convenient to downtown and not that far from other things that might be of interest (zoo, museum, etc.); we mostly ubered but took the shuttle back to the airport which was free and, to be honest, felt way safer than most of our ubers! I was visiting with my 5 year old and we met my brother there; we spent a ton of time in the pool. I appreciate the little orientation packet they provide at check in and we ate tacos and Mexican food from their list-- highly recommend! It was very easy to order delivery meals to the hotel. We'll be back again next time we're in Phoenix!

We didn't expect to end up staying in Phoenix at all, after some problems with the car hire company we had to overnight it. However the staff in the hotel was just lovely, so welcoming and pleasant to deal with. They made a nightmare of a day that bit better. The room were huge, very comfortable and clean. Would completely recommend it.

The breakfast was a bit basic but once you are happy to keep it simple, it's fine.

Our stay at the Springhill Suits was fabulous. We had a very spacious room with a comfortable bed and couch which made our stay even better than expected. The staff were friendly and helpful and a nice touch was the list of restaurants provided for us. The breakfast was decent and they restocked food quickly if needed. The location was great for us as we wanted to explore the local area on food and by electric scooters (I would definitely recommend!). We were close by the art district and lots of amazing food as well.

The only thing that wasn't great was the water temperature in the shower wouldn't stay at a warm temperature it fluctuated between very hot and cold a lot. This could just have been our room, I'm not sure.

I was delighted all round with the quality of our stay. The buffet breakfast, which was included in the room charge, was absolutely delicious! It included hot and cold options, with some variety on the two days we were staying at the SpringHill Suites. The room was larger than I had expected, spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Moreover, the beds and bedding were so comfortable that I wished that I could get exactly the same for my home! I had such good sleeps while staying there, which was exactly what I needed after an exhausting trip. Another key point was the location, which was in the downtown area, close to restaurants and transport.

There was a minor issue with the plumbing in the bathroom (a dribble of water from the tap over the bath, which would not turn off properly), which I mentioned to reception on checkout. Details were written down and I have every confidence that the problem was going to be dealt with immediately.

Lots of space in the room, nice layout too! Breakfast was a great variety of healthy food! When I needed assistance, someone showed up right away. Very accommodating with leaving luggage safely behind the front desk during the morning I was checking out, while I needed to go to conference.

Tub didn't drain at all the first morning I took a shower, so I was standing in water the whole time. (Someone came to clean out the drain right after I called.)

I loved the location. Close enough to downtown without being downtown. The breakfast was delicious, fresh and always fully stocked. Best of all the staff was so polite, patient and accommodating. Being that far from home didn't feel that bad because they all made us feel right at home. Richard, Samantha and Lea were the best hosts I ever encountered at a hotel.

The only thing that was a bit of a downer was that the shuttle to go anywhere but the airport was only for the bottom of the hour. However, the staff accomodated us if there were no airport runs.

The staff was super nice. The room was very spacious and had a bed, small area with a couch and a little table, a kitchenette. Everything was clean but our room was not cleaned during our stay (maybe because of Covid still?). The hotel is very close to downtown. We walked everywhere. Breakfast was nice, coffee was good. The pool was smallish but still nice with a hot tub.

my only complaint is that breakfast is served till 9:30. When I’m on vacation, I would like to sleep in and not rush to eat.

I chose this hotel for the ability to check in under 21. My daughter needed a place to stay when she flew back to Arizona as she returned day earlier than the university opened. The shuttle to/from the airport was another reason I chose this as she had no transportation; there was also a great breakfast included!! The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, great customer service. Would totally recommend!!

Very friendly staff, and clean & spacious room. Very quiet for sleeping. Included breakfast buffet which was pleasing with many options. Excellent location - a 10 minute ($20US) public taxi ride from airport. And 10-15 minute walk gets you right into the heart of downtown Phoenix, only blocks away form cafes, restaurants & entertainment. Would stay here again!

The pool's good to relax and very close to downtown.

Booking.com for failing to understand agreements and not correctly giving me information on the actual price!!! which made the start of my stay very awkward stressful and upsetting. Luckily the hotel were amazing, they reassured me and managed to agree private terms
