The room was wonderful, very clean. I loved the way it was set up; especially how the TV could connect to streaming apps on the phone and be adjusted from side to side depending on where you are sitting. Bathroom was spacious and plenty of room to hang and fold items in the closet area.

Housekeeping didn't come for the first day or two, I'm guessing they weren't given an updated list of occupied rooms but when I called in the morning they sent someone up that day so that was nice. The room sometimes took a while to cool down but when it did, it was very comfortable.

The property itself has two restaurants (top floor and bottom by the lobby), a snack bar, and a store for souvenirs. Location is great, walking distance to restaurants or bars even a cvs if needed or Fry’s for food to have in the mini fridge or drinks. For all the folks that still need their pump during vacation the property has a pretty great gym to get a great workout sesh completed. The staff was kind and helpful the entire stay.

If I had any complaints it would only be that the rooms don’t have microwaves.

I was in town with my sister for the Taylor Swift concert in Glendale. It was about a 45 minute commute to State Farm Stadium with the traffic from the concert so that is a huge plus seeing as other people were in traffic for a couple hours. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable and exceeded our expectations. The room was a great size and we had plenty of room to get ready and have our own space. The beds were great and we slept well. The pool was great and they have a variety of chairs and lounge areas to use. There are a few cabanas that you can use as well but they seemed to be first come first serve at the time we were there so if that is something you want or need I would recommend planning around that for your pool time. The gym seemed well equipped but we did not use it during our stay. We opted to valet the car we had instead of self parking. It is $40 for overnight and the valet team is amazing. The longest wait time we had for the car was about 4 minutes. Self parking in the area is $30 and you don't have in and out privileges like you do with valet so I recommend going ahead and spending the extra $10. If you want to eat or have a drink at the rotating restaurant in the hotel you should make a reservation, we tried to get same day seating and it was a 45 minute wait. They told us to put our room number down and they would call us when the table was ready but they never did. It wasn't a big deal for us but if eating there is a high priority for you I would plan ahead. The area around the hotel is amazing and has lots of restaurants and bars to explore. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone who asks.

The room had a large window which was great, but it did make the room a little hot during the day. At night it was still pretty cold so it took us a while to play with the thermostat a couple times each day to get it right but it wasn't that bad. The bathroom door also could use some sanding. It was a pocket door and took a little bit of effort to slide out but we didn't mind. Also the hotel seems to be part of the convention center which I didn't expect (maybe I missed something on the booking). We didn't have much of an issue with noise from it but we were a little shocked to walk into the middle of a convention.

a very comfortable room and the staff was awesome as well. very safe feeling location. close to a lot of venues and bars. was walking distance to Chase Field Not a complaint but an observation: Phoenix temp that day was 120 F, the room I was in, got down to about 74 F at its lowest. I understand the temp issue so i cant complain, but I do love a cold room usually keep it at 69-70 F. But other than that it was an awesome hotel and I definitely recommend a stay

Edward and Leo - security team was OUTSTANDING. The receptionist upfront was awesome. She was a young blonde..who, everytime I needed something happen to help me. Lol Valet parking - awesome. The black gentleman was probably the most pleasant, but EVERYONE was.

The room itself looked as though there might be water damage..the walls were peeling and had water pockets underneath in the room..but it was very nice. HAVE to put a.microwave in there.some where. This is HUGE and it was kind of a hassle for us. But no issues with the room. Just tips.

Beautiful room with a full view of the mountains. The Hyatt is always a great place to stay.

The cost of parking was high, which should’ve been included in price. The breakfast was made to order, but charged us when it was included. Then had to have it reversed- kind of a pain. Maybe the restaurant should ask if we want it sent to the room bill? Don’t go on the first Friday of the month. The traffic was a nightmare!

We got there quite early and decided to see if we could check in, and they let us several hours early, which was awesome! The staff was so friendly throughout the property, some chatting with us about the concert we were going to. Room has a refrigerator and there was a microwave by the ice machine to use. The gift shop was cool, there was a coffee shop, Cafe, and bar inside the hotel. Walking distance to so many things.Everything you need in one place.

Nothing! It was great!

Location was great and close to shopping areas and restaurants

My only complaint was not being able to lower our AC in our room and we had to keep calling down as our room never got lower than 74 we’re not use to the heat so to us the room and hallways were pretty warm other than that it was a good experience

The property was in a great location. It was spacious and updated. The food in the dine-in facilities was great and the casual take out area had a great selection of both made to order foods during meal hours and delicious pre-made sandwiches, baked goods, ice cream, bottled and fountain drinks, snacks, etc. available 24/7. The pool area was clean with nice landscaping, plenty of lounge chairs, shaded areas, towels, etc. The room was clean, with new furnishings, the bed was super comfortable and it had a nice view of the city and pool. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

I really have no complaints. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

After driving many hours to get to Phoenix, I was very tired. The check in process was quick and simple and once we got to our room I instantly felt relaxed. The room size was perfect and the bathroom was beautiful and clean. The lighting in the bathroom was perfect and I loved that you can see the time on the mirror. The only thing I regret was not being able to stay longer.

The only complaint I have was the women who took our order over the phone for the market downstairs was rude.
