Location was okay , no free parking

Had to pay for parking , the apartment was not cleaned when I first got there. Had to wait an hour just for it to be cleaned

The simplicity and cleanliness of the apartment were superb! I also like the location of the apartment in downtown Phoenix. The staff, I meant on arrival at about midnight, who was around to help guests get into their rooms after an earlier power failure had disrupted the door code computers, was very courteous.

Unfortunately, during my stay, there was an ongoing road upgrade activity around the property which disrupted traffic flow as well as generated loud noises inside the building. However, the activities have nothing to do with diminishing the superb quality of the apartment.

Liked the container design of the bldg. liked that you can walk to several close places.

Didn't like the blind in the downstairs room wasn't installed. at night that room was very bright with the exterior lights from street and bldgs, the rug in the living room needs a good cleaning. the blind in the upstairs room was crooked and did not block out alot of light from the outside. so happened that Tuesday the neighboring bars were playing music until 2:30 am.. which made difficult to get to sleep and stay asleep. didnt like that there was not designating parking and/or instructions for the parking meters, hours.. had to go down several times to pay for parking time.

I stay for 4 days for the 2 rooms is good place to stay Only no to have fun. The good think is the kitchen and laundry area is good 👍🏼 clean totally 👍🏼

Around the building is to many bars a lot of noise Is only one small tv on that apt no tv on the rooms The rooms don’t have doors no private some windows with no curtains. Wifi is bad.

I was really surprised with the quality of the room for the cost and the location. Upon booking I was just looking for somewhere cheap enough for a couple of nights, I ended up in a fantastic location with great facilities.

The roadworks out the front made the entrance a little difficult to find and the rear entrance seemed a little bit shady. But I didn't encounter any problems.

I was disappointed that there was no pool nor gym at Sonder Ida. (I had called before booking and was told that these ammenities were onsite.) I called to discuss my disappointment and three days later was able to move into Sonder at Hance Park where the facility has those ammenities. It was a wonderful stay !

Location, complete tv/cable access

Entrance sidewalk covered in pidgeon feces all week!The shower drain was very slow..standing in soapy water. Need a hand towel hook.Shower needs shelf for personal cleaning items(scrubs,etc )

Location was great for us and the place was perfect for us.

It was not easy getting into the place when we arrived at 9pm. Though the customer service was great and helpful. Even the next evening we still had trouble entering the gate to the building.

love the modern style and large, comfortable bed.

it’s in the heart of downtown. if u like excitement this is the place for u

The only thing is if your a lite sleeper u need ear plugs. there is music all night.
