beautiful hotel! The rooms were cozy, bedding very comfortable. William at the front desk was exceptional!

The pool area was a bit disappointing in comparison to the rest of the hotel. it was small, dingy, and didn’t maintain the same beauty and quality as the rest of the property.

beautiful lobby with bar and breakfast. convenient Starbucks on site. location to light rail was perfect but not too close. staff was cheerful and genuinely seemed to enjoy being in customer service. Travis at check in was extremely welcoming, hospitable and congratulated us on our Anniversary.

Cleaning of the rooms could have been done a bit better, and more options on the breakfast menu.

such an elegant hotel!!! room was very inviting and comfy. perfect location to walk to other spots including the Footprint center for a basketball game. The downstairs restaurant had an awesome vibe. waiters were very nice and food was delicious!!

The location was absolutely perfect for the event we were attending at Chase Field. The hotel was well appointed and the staff were exceptionally helpful. All of the encounters with the staff, from front desk to wait staff in the restaurant were very pleasant.

While the valet-only parking worked well and felt efficient, I don't remember being told that's how it would be run. I wish I would have been prepared by Booking.com to expect valet-only parking services.

it was clean, and CUSTOMER SERVICE was fabulous!

although the executive suites have been remodeled, the couches are extremely uncomfortable. And the pillows are uncomfortable on the bed.

Great staff. Very centrally located. The gym had a good variety of new equipment and selection for a hotel gym.

The pool area was small and could use some updated work. It needs more coverings, maybe misters. It's Arizona, most of the year is hot, so if aside from the pool, it feels like the rest of the outside large deck area is wasted.

I loved everything the location the staff the building inside the decor is amazing but my room was like a fairytale we stayed in the executive king suite and it was more than we imagined it could be staff were great everything was clean and neat it was just awesome! Everyone friendly but the beauty of the place great environment! Best place that We’ve ever stayed in!

My only negative which it was really hard to find a negative because the place was wonderful, is that it did not have microwaves in the room, to be such a beautiful place we stayed in the executive king suite that had everything except for microwave. But it was the most beautiful place ever, and another little thing they did not have a laundry facility but those are minor things compared to the beautiful place it was awesome and amazing! 😊

The room smell was "OLD"

We appreciated the location for the ease of walking to restaurants, coffee shops and grocery store. The Loss Prevention Manager, Eric, was great to work with on mailing our souvenirs we forgot to our home.

The cleanliness of our room upon our arrival. We found half empty juice bottles, candy, and trash under our beds. For being so concerned about Covid-19 our room did not make me feel comfortable that they took care of the room. I could see dust on the carpet next to the baseboards that had been there awhile. But I don't know if housekeeping was overwhelmed. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt. I hope they were doing their best to meet their daily cleaning tasks.
