Although the checking process was a bit complex because it was without human interaction, the instructions in the app were very clear and we didn't have any issues. You get everything you need in the apartment, a washing machine, a drier, a TV with a Chromecast (that actually works), and even small bottles of olive oil.

It was a bit smelly when we first arrived and you can't open the window. If you cook it gets a bit unpleasant as you can't ventilate the room well. In order to check in you have to upload an ID and go through a process of biometric verification which felt a bit weird and unsafe.

The location is great. Walking distance to restaurants, bars shops, museums... The flat is clean and well equipped. It's spacious for a couple.

A bit noisy. Not from the street, the area is very calm, but from equipment and neighbouring flats: water evacuation, fridge, clim...

The apartments are new, well equiped and very well located. It is a great value for your money. Everything is new and working well. Washer, Dryer, Dishwashing machine they made our life esasy and all worked flawlessly. We enjoyed the pool a lot with our child and it is very refreshing during the hot summer days.

Some minor improvements: Squeaky doors need some oil. Floor left our socks black (needs a thorough cleansing). This is not to say that it was murky. Just that maybe accumulated dust on the floor cannot be easily spoted when cleaning because of the color. The bedroom doesn't have a door. If there is more than one person and one wants to sleep, this may be a problem. The table could be a little bit bigger to acomodate more than a laptop and some food. The pool was shutdown for manteinance twice for a whole day during our 2-week-stay.

Safe, Clean, and good value. Central to tons of downtown activities and eateries.

It was clean and located walking distance or short Uber to downtown activities.

the studio was fantastic. really well equipped kitchen and bathroom with full toiletries including conditioner. very comfortable bed and thoughtful touches like ear plugs. the whole apartment block also smelt beautiful!

the pre work beforehand was incredibly annoying when one had already paid up front. I was pestered by emails and text messages. a total of 11 from the minute I had reserved until I had done the pre check in info a week before I was due to stay there on arrival the fobs to access the building were in a dark parking garage which stank of weed and didn’t feel particularly safe. I had to leave at 5.30am and also didn’t enjoy having to return it there at that time. you also HAVE to have the app to get the Wi-Fi password. not great for international travellers who don’t have data roaming as there isn’t the access to the info unless you download the app!

We had a great time. The apartment was well maintained and cleaned. It had all the necessary modern facilities. We also enjoyed access to the courtyard. We were able to find street parking and checking in late was fine.

There are minor improvements that would make the experience even better, like having enough coffee for all days. The bed was ok but the sheets kept coming off. The pool was shared with the residents and wasn't very clean. People were throwing shoes into the pool.

The location was great for the purpose of my travel. There was great dining and a grocery store within a couple of blocks, which most of the year would have been walking distance, but it was 114 degrees (Phoenix in late July)! Reasonable and reliable Lyft rides were used. It was a great contactless stay. The accommodations were clean and spacious. If I had questions (and I did), I used the help center message feature in the Sonder app and got my questions answered without leaving the room via text. I didn't really have time to use the pool or any other amenities so I can't speak about those.

Bed was too hard for me, but there are extra comforters in the bathroom closet. So, I used one of those as a pillow top and it was great! Kitchen "bar" chairs were to high and not comfortable.

Everything was clean, the staff [virtual] was so helpful and accommodating. If you like being in the center of everything, this is a great location! Very upscale.

I did not like that the place is locked down like a military bunker [key fobs for every door] so having to get deliveries means you have to meet everyone outside because there is no front desk after 5PM or 6PM [forget which]. The front entrance can be hard to locate because it is kind of tucked away on the street. I didn't want to risk getting my orders returned or thrown out due to the driver[s] not being able to locate me so I made sure to meet everyone outside which is why I probably won't be back for this reason alone. I prefer the "leave it at the door" method while on vacation so I can stay in the comfort of my space. I didn't realize how important it was to me until I stayed here and had to interact with every delivery driver. It got exhausting and annoying. Never again.

Awesome app, easy convenient set up, great customer service and they were quick to respond with and action requests through the app chat feature.( towel requests, new coffee machine ect.)

Furniture could have been more comfortable(couch, dinette, bed and pillows) furniture is the only reason for not getting a 10 star review.

I liked the space and room. It was nicely decorated and stocked with the essentials I needed to enjoy my stay. Directions were provided prior to my check-in and it was very easy to access my rental, find parking, and get inside the property.

I had to pay an extra fee to check in earlier. I was traveling alone and had an early flight so I requested an earlier check-in as I had nowhere to go or wait once I landed. I was charged an extra fee and was allowed to enter my rental an hour later than I had requested.
