Less than 20 minutes away from anything you want to do in Old Town Scottsdale, located near enough the highway to get to where you want to go but far enough away that you are not too close for the traffic to bother you, Aiden offered us everything we could want: a bar, a fitness center, a pool, free Starbucks and hot tea, and a friendly staff. Located right near an industrial complex, there were stores and restaurants right across the street, so everything was accessible. Parking was free and plentiful. Price was reasonable. We will definitely stay here during our next trip to the Scottsdale/Phoenix area!

The shower could have had a bit more pressure and shelf space for toiletries.

Very friendly and helpful man at the front desk. Dining area very nice and you could eat on the patio, pool area separated by a glass barriers so a great cozy effect with cabanas and cushy double wide chairs, great breakfast of bacon, sausage, waffles, toast, eggs, bagels, yogurt and oatmeal. Had a bar with some food that was located both indoors and outdoors by the pool. Very nice. Great location near some nice restaurant, especially the Flower Child restaurant with vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals.

Great suite with two AC outlets. One in living space worked great, but for some reason the one in the bedroom had no baffle or ability to direct the flow and the incredibly powerful jet of ice cold air cascaded right down onto the bed which was just below the wall vent. Had to turn up the AC so it wouldn't come on but eventually it did as the room overheated and the ice age returned! Great to have such a wonderful AC, but please add a way to direct the flow just above the bed so people don't have to hide under the covers and be awaken each time the temperature dropped 30 degrees! Despite this, would still return as a great hotel; we will just bring something to help cover up or direct the flow next time.

upon check-in, need to tell/remind client/ to request to have room cleaned. Totally front staff responsibility. Was disappointed after first long day out that we returned to room that hadn’t been cleaned. Had to request clean towels. Returned after 2nd day to room not cleaned after making request to front desk who assured me it would be done. I asked housekeeper (who was in hall) we were not on list!! She was so sweet—and took the time to clean our room. Please give her credit for being a kind soul. She was worth a small token of our gratitude to make our visit comfy.

A step or three above your average Best Western. Very spacious nice room, with a separate living room. Clean, comfortable with everything one would need (refrigerator, safe, microwave, coffee, tea...). Good, free fresh ground coffee machine in lobby area. Plenty of comfortable space in the lobby for chats and waiting. Very friendly and helpful staff. Snacks and etc. were reasonably priced. Location is easy to find and close to a lot of shopping and dining and business district.

Nothing to complain about really. The $9.99 breakfast is reasonably priced and better than continental or some, but it is the typical bland scrambled eggs and potatoes with salty sausage and bacon, oatmeal, waffles, muffins and overripe or unripe fruit. Perfectly reasonable for the price and convenient in the hotel, but there are certainly better options if you want to go out.

1) great location in Scottsdale, this neighbourhood is nice and quiet; 2) our room was amazing: big, spacious, stylish, plus an amazing view from the window to the pool and terrace; 3) nice bar, good local craft beer; 4) the lady that welcomed us at the reception upon our arrival was wonderful, very polite

1) the bar is great, but the restaurant is awful. The menu is not impressive, no plates, everything in plastic boxes :( Not tasty either; 2) the lady at the reception on our check out day was very rude :( 3) the coffee machine in the lobby is veeery slow, there was always a queue in front of it

if you are going for extremely feasible, clean, comfortable, and conveniently located in the heart of Scottsdale you won’t be disappointed in the accommodations. The size of our room was spacious, with a poolside view on the walkout patio. This is what I consider the luxury line in best westerns hospitality industry.

The hotel had no other doors operable outside of the main entrance door. I don’t expect high end, designer decor when I book accommodations for a BW owned property. However the artificial turf grass that’s covering the entire centralized outdoor entertainment area.

Overall we were pleased with the room and although there was not daily room service, the maids were very accommodating by providing what we needed , such as towels and bathroom supplies.

The barn door to the bathroom kept opening up. It was fixed by maintenance but it went back to the same problem. This door system is not good from a safety point. Children could get hurt by the door operation Also, the gap between and door and the wall was excessive.

Newly renovated and it shows. Nice rooms, nice swimming pool and perfect facilities. Especially the Starbucks coffee machine at the lobby with free coffee was my favorite. Breakfast is only $10 and is a perfect start of the day. Lots of parking space.

The toiletseat was a bit wobbly. Yes.. if that is the main dislike, you know the stay was near perfect. And don't park your car under a tree, or you will find it the next morning with lots of bird sh*t ;-)

Stayed here as AC in home broke at start of August and living without AC in AZ at that time of year is impossible. So we booked in here which was 5 mins from where we live. Gave us free upgrade to a suite which was great. Suite had two sections so-to-speak, living room and bedroom areas separated by the bathroom and kitchenette type area (microwave and coffee maker). Each area had its own TV. Room was exceptionally clean. Bed was comfortable.

Mattress was comfortable but soft. I like firm mattresses but that's a personal preference and not so much a critique of the hotel.

I loved how close it was to a lot of things we wanted to do and also the fact that it was nice for the price that we paid. Starbucks is on-site, there is a little bar downstairs with some food options, friendly people and staff.

If I had anything to complain about it would be that we requested towels and never received them. I do think it was because they were busy and at night it seems only one staff member or so works, which could be the norm.
