The swimming pool area was very nice with lots of chairs, umbrellas, cabanas, and a hot tub. Beautiful lobby, too. The room was nicely laid out and the beds were very comfy. The AC worked very well.

The bathroom door was a sliding "barn" door and slid open everytime it was closed! It was very tricky to get that door to stay mostly closed. Privacy very much compromised for the bathroom. The slider door didn't provide any kind of sound privacy, either . The sample bottles of bodywash, shampoo, and conditioner were dirty on the outside of the bottles. Did they come out of a dirty container? Were they refilled bottles that other people had used and left behind? Who knows?

The girl at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Kylee homes in service had such a beautiful disposition that I didn't care that the hot water went out and the internet as well. She is an Angel and should be at the front desk too! I had such a great experience here that I decided to extend my stay and it was seamless to see the men at the front desk work hard to make sure I didn't have to come back at 2pm to check in again.

I liked the room itself, I felt like it was very good value for the price! Very clean, two televisions, awesome water pressure, and a cozy bed! The pool was clean and a great temperature, with awesome seating all around it! I loved the wedding out back, too. It winded down at a really appropriate time and the singing and laughter were an awesome backdrop for a lovely weekend. I liked that the staff were kind and available if we needed them, but also left us to our own devices. Great stay!

We had not stayed at an Aiden before and so we were not sure what to expect. The reviews were very favorable and we hoped for the best. We were pleasantly surprised. The room location was great because we were able to park our car and come in by the alternative exit and there was our room. My son and daughter really enjoyed being able have coffee and tea from the lobby facility at any time. The room size was very comfortable and it was nice to have a place where to place our snacks that we had brought with us on the car trip. The staff was friendly and helpful and when we requested room service it was done by the time we returned from our morning get together with friends.

The breakfast was so so. Items were constantly out and had to be asking for eggs, bacon, fruit, yougurt, etc. I understand the occupancy was high, but need to be better prepared. This was not based on one item or one day. At the 3rd day of stay the group decided to eat breakfast someplace else. I have seen a better menu being a continental breakfast at other hotels.

Everything was good and convenient. The staff on the front desk, the room, the location, parking. The room was quiet and had very pleasant for a one night stay. I loved the painting above the bed.

No big deal but as we had arrived the night before from Europe we only got to the breakfast room at about 9:30 to find that it was closed. I appreciate that for most visitors an early breakfast is fine. Nevertheless we were directed to a super place nearby and had an excellent breakfast.

Great place to stay. Location for us was perfect! Excellent value for the money. I really thought it would cost more because of the location, but it was very affordable. Absolutely would stay here again!

Couldn’t get to the bar due to a large noisy party, but they eventually dispersed and we could get in there to order a drink

Front desk and food service staff were friendly and helpful.

The only thing that was less than wonderful was the breakfast. The hot items(eggs, potatoes, bacon, and sausage) were very poor quality. However, my friend loved her waffle and I did eat happily the oatmeal. Fresh fruit was limited to green apples. No tea bags were available. Difficult to eat a healthy breakfast of good lean proteins, complex carbohydrates, and low sugar. Not worth the money, although I appreciated the convenience.

Less than 20 minutes away from anything you want to do in Old Town Scottsdale, located near enough the highway to get to where you want to go but far enough away that you are not too close for the traffic to bother you, Aiden offered us everything we could want: a bar, a fitness center, a pool, free Starbucks and hot tea, and a friendly staff. Located right near an industrial complex, there were stores and restaurants right across the street, so everything was accessible. Parking was free and plentiful. Price was reasonable. We will definitely stay here during our next trip to the Scottsdale/Phoenix area!

The shower could have had a bit more pressure and shelf space for toiletries.

The hotel was right in the middle of everywhere that we visited during our trip to AZ. The hotel staff was friendly, the room was clean and the courtyard was a highlight to the facility. The Starbucks coffee machine in the lobby was almost like being at home, coffee any time of day.

I did however ask to have a gift basket and flowers delivered to the room for our check in for my moms birthday, but I never received a return call from the hotel on this matter.
