The location of the hotel was convenient and the breakfast the first 2 days was good. The pool was very nice as well along with the grills by the pool. The rooms were clean except the trash cans that you had to walk by outside the elevators were always full.

I called on Friday to see if we could possibly check in a little early because we drove in from out of town and the person on the phone was rude. In addition, i requested 3 rooms near each other because we are a family of 9 and I help my kids with my grandchildren. we were put in rooms 230, 240 and 260, that were not near each other. The first 2 days the breakfast was good, but the third morning, they didn't serve any eggs, hot or hard boiled, they didn't have any yogurt either. I was disappointed as well as my grandchildren.

McKensey and Hunter @ the front desk were exceptional. They were polite and ready to help. Breakfast during the weekdays was great. NO BREAKFAST on Sat and Sun. This was very disappointing to most all the guest.

I along with many guests thought that the employee who called off on Saturday & Sunday should be fired! To expect a hot breakfast in the lobby and go there to find cold bagels & danish was really a disappointment. There should be some kind of a back up to make breakfast when someone calls off.

Staff was very friendly! Location was perfect for our trip. Family member had an early morning medical procedure the following day and we were less than 10 minutes from the facility. Breakfast was enjoyable. Better than most others that I've had. Our room, on the first floor, faced the pool and had a sitting area just outside of a "back" door, making it easy to access the pool.

The shower needed a much better cleaning. it had what looked like a little bit of mold at the bottom where the pan and wall meet.

We loved the extra room in our queen suite that had a couch and enough space for 4 open suitcases, separate sliding door from bathroom vanity and separate door from toilet & shower. The pool area had a true resort feel with lots of seating and palm trees all around. Inside the breakfast was solid and the lobby had a modern and welcoming feel. Lots of parking even at the end of the day when hotel was busy.

The pool is really great for kids, but not fit for actual swimming (just over 4ft at the deep end and quickly gets shallow from there). The kids still loved it.

Hotel was very nice, breakfast was plentiful and had a nice variety. Pool area was peaceful despite the number of people that were outside enjoying the sun. This was a great vibe that we enjoyed -- a very nice hotel for a quick or business stay as it is a very professional place.

Felt out of place staying here during the week on Spring Break because it seemed as if it was meant to be a hotel strictly for business and professional travel goers not a younger crowd. Additionally it is on the north end of Scottsdale away from the old town district and we ended up paying more for ubers to get there.

The staff, and overall property were well maintained. The patio and pool were nice as well.

Due to a shortage of staff, which is a problem at many places around Scottsdale, rooms were not able to be cleaned each day. The hot breakfast items were also not available on 2 days. The staff that was working did a great job.

Great location. Nice facility. Plenty of parking. Hot breakfast was superb with great variety of food choices. Person in charge of breakfast was efficient, hard working, always keeping the food and beverages filled, and the place super clean.

House keeping service once every 4 days of continuous stay. Of course, you can make special request for more frequent service.

the house keeping very very bad, they did not clean our room, washroom and bathroom was dirty and they put just 2 towels for us but we were 4, they did not put shampoo and soap for us

Housekeeping needs to go back on a daily schedule. Although we were told to ask for services we shouldn't have to. Offer a discount to those who don't request daily services.

Great food and pool the TVs in the room are great internet works perfect

For people who like to come to Hampton Inn frequently mixing up some breakfast items would be nice.
