The Hotel Staff was really friendly. The Hotel was understaffed, as with most businesses, but I really felt the Staff wanted to do everything possible to help me and make me feel welcome. The front desk was experiencing problems but the Woman who told me she was only employed for 3 weeks was AWESOME! I wish I remember her name. She was calm under lot's of pressure. She was so pleasant. Again, while being understaffed, my room was CLEAN. The breakfast bar - first thing was the smell of the cinnamon buns. I had to have one with my coffee. The area was spotless, giving me the feeling, it's ok to eat here. Location was off the main road, which knowing Scottsdale Road, this made the stay even better. I would highly recommended this Hotel!

I have no complaints!

Their location great for nearby elevated noshing. pool kept clean, hours fit my exercise schedule (an evening set of laps and I sleep like a babe). There’s even a grassy interior area half the units face to wiggle your toes in.

minor complaints but none of concern. The older rooms still have the noisy AC/HVAC units, when they kick on I have a sad tendency to wake up, hence swimming laps in their fine pool at night for a sound night’s sleep is recommended.

I would rate the free breakfast as an 9+. Good selection and they kept it well stocked. It goes to 10 AM on weekends which helps when you sleep in. The room itself was large and set up well, comfortable bed, a desk with a good office type chair.

Just two small things, the bathroom didn't have any hocks to hang things like a bathrobe on. The hand soap dispenser was bolted to the wall which is OK, but it was a way from the sink which was inconvenient.

The staff were extremely helpful. I think it’s the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Beds were very comfortable and pillow great. Breakfast wasn’t fancy but did the job. It was nice to have the outside option to eat. Frozen meals were handy as was the bottled water.

Possibly more fruit choices for breakfast, would be great, maybe canned peaches or similar.

-Our key cards didn’t work super well and it was hard to get in the room. Had to have housekeeping open it for us once. -Was a bit weird that the hand soap was so far away from the sink but that’s just nitpicking. We really did enjoy our stay here!

That the comforter was completely covered preventing the sheets from sleeping off and exposing the piece of comforter that doesn't get washed. The pillows were comfy and the room was pretty clean. The staff was kind.

That the cleaning crew over looked a plastic bag that was placed over the smoke detector by prior guest. The bathroom needed some general maintenance from water damage on walls.

I liked that this hotel was nestled off a major road. The room was very clean and inviting. The bed was comfortable and I had no issue getting to sleep. The breakfast area was on the main floor and one can look at the pool on the area. The cinnamon rolls were very delicious.

There is very little that I disliked about this location. It fit my need for my trip.

The breakfast good, the lady handling the services did a good job. The lady at the front desk at check-in was great, gave us great choice of restaurant for dinner the first evening. Your maintenance man was on the elevator with us on one occasion and was a great ambassador for the hotel

Everything was very nice

Spacious rooms with comfy beds. There is a nice pool with a jacuzzi. The rooms and the whole hotel are clean and tidy. Large parking in front of the hotel

Relatively expressive for the location - probably due to the conference going on very close by. The gym has only up to 50lbs dumbbells adv the heaviest weights.

The young lady at the front desk was great. She signed us up for your program and really did a great job. Very friendly and helpful.

The only negative things was there was a group of young people staying on the second floor and around 10 at night they decided to run around and slam doors.
