Night clerk (man) extremely helpful in a minor health issue. Hot chocolate, tea and coffee available in the lobby. Very quiet on the east side. Lit fire pit every night was nice. Liked the possibility of dividing the room with a curtain. Whole foods etc. nearby.

Breakfast closes at 9AM sharp. When you are on vacation this is way too early. Room next to the ice is machine rather unpleasant due to the noise when people get ice 24/7. Housekeeping threw away my own good soap I brought and replaced it with the hotel soap… Most guests paying for hotel parking in a still to be developed area with plenty of empty spaces around was kind of funny to watch.

Loved having the small kitchenette and sitting area. Bed very comfortable. However, I did have trouble with the pillows. However, I have neck problems and am very picky. Very clean room and comfortable. Easy drive to Westward, where i was showing. Nearby food shopping and good restaurants. Good thing as very limited choices in the hotel market area. I never eat hotel breakfast; I carry Muesli when I travel. So no knowledge of how it tasted.

My only complaint was pillows. They all seemed kind of weird. Are the air filled??

I liked the location and suite itself. Breakfast was decent.

Fan in bathroom didn’t work, we had an outlet that didn’t work. Booked a room with two queen beds but when I got there was told we had to have a king with a pullout bed, and I was not happy. If I wanted to be uncomfortable on a pullout, I would have reserved that room. I got the excuse that it’s a new hotel and not all of their rooms were functional. So part of our party had to sleep on the hard pullout bed. Perhaps they shouldn’t put out there that those rooms are available if they don’t have them available.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the hotel was clean. Good experience overall.

The only complaint I have is that we were not given our parking permit upon check in, luckily we noticed them in other cars that same day and got one with no problem.

It was a great stay and we would book Home2 on Scottsdale Rd again!

Breakfast was okay. I couldn't finish the bowl because it smelled really foul and tasted super processed. The breakfast sandwich was dry and tough. But coffee was decent as well as waffles, toast, bagels and oatmeal - so it was a mixed review.

The staff was so friendly. The woman that set up the breakfast was great. She worked so hard. The building and surrounding area were perfect.

There was nothing I didn't like

I loved the central location to many things in the area. The bed was comfortable and my wife wants to know where to get those pillows.

I would have enjoyed a bit more variety in breakfast day to day.

brand new, the variety of breakfast also the nice young woman who checked us in was extremely nice and helpful I regret I forgot name but she was wonderful !

The breakfast was very nice. Sausage and waffles were excellent. Lots of cereal varieties. The only issue was the eggs were rubbery, not so good.

Doors are heavy and slam shut when people leave their rooms. AC noisy when it came on and off
