we had an amazing family vacation at this property. all the employees were exceptional at their job. The female employee at the Aqua poolside eatery was amazing and remembered us from day to day. she was very personable. The room was quaint and well stocked.

The Aqua poolside eatery was not opened after 7pm when we were just coming back to the property.

The room was quite large, 2 room suite, and comfortable. The pool was kept clean and the poolside bar/eatery is excellent! While there is large renovation going on right now, 6/1/21, the noise was kept very low and we could hardly tell workers were present. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

The bed was a typical spring form and not comfortable. (I believe they are in the process of fixing things like this though one building at a time)

The place was clean very comfortable thy charge resorts fee but no house keeping only once in seven days and the pool wasn’t open .

I did like them keep calling meeting for time shares also texting me we had to ask for towels other items like soaps garbage bags and taking the garbage down

the property is great! But through BOOKING.COM I paid $186.64 a night for a 3 night stay in what I believed was a Junior Privacy Suite to sleep 4 adults. it was a very small single room with a bed right next to a pull-couch. No PRIVACY, No bathtub. I also booked through BOOKING.COM at the same location a great 2 bedroom 2 bath condo for 4 nights at a price of $160.64 per night. What’s up with this? I talked to the Manger, he said to talk to BOOKING.COM.

The property is great with lots to do and well kept. I have stayed here before and wanted to come back.

I felt like I got a great deal on booking.com so I wasn’t expecting the resort to be so nice. We would love to stay there again next year. It was Paradise!

I wish they had spa and massage services on site

The location was perfect for us. The room was great. The grounds were well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities were plentiful. We wish we would have had more time to enjoy them.

My husband is a Mayo Clinic transplant patient, post liver and kidney transplant, and the price and location of your hotel is perfect for what we needed. My husband has a difficult time with stairs and your hotel was more than accommodating with my request for a downstairs room. THANK YOU!!! This a beautiful hotel, staff are great and we enjoy staying here.

Everything was perfect

It comes fully stocked with pans and dishes. It has a dishwasher and a big refrigerator. It has a sink and soap for dishes. There is a toaster, blender, and coffee pot with coffee. It has a dinning table and chairs. They have many activities to do every day. They have barbeque and play areas. There's a gym and activities center and galleria.

The view was the parking lot and construction. The back porch has an opened wall no gate for children safety. It has no oven for baking only a microwave. Washer and dryer are only in one location and only a few.

staff was very accommodating, the pool and poolside restaurant were lovely but smaller than expected.

the rooms needs updating. they are very old.

The location is peaceful and safe. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The pool area is fun! There are lots of other activities. The room was very clean! The room has everything from fridge to toaster, very convenient!

There seems to be a bee problem. Many of us got bit at the pool! They especially swarm around the kiddie area. The bathroom in located at the pool could have been cleaner…
