Clean and quiet room, walls and floors were such that I didn't hear neighboring occupants walking around nor their TV. Having the small refrigerator in a cabinet cut down on the compressor noise. I liked the minimal and modern decor, wood laminate flooring, roll down blackout shade, where the sides were in tracks that reduced any light leaking by and easy access to electrical outlets. Appreciated the wall hooks and long built in counter. Comfortable furniture. The AC was quiet. Minimal wait time for the elevators. Good selection of breakfast items, the best being oatmeal and bread/bagel section. You can choose cereal, yogurt with mixed berry compote, and fruit salad. Some hot items were available like French toast sticks, bacon, country potatoes and eggs, though they looked powdered. There were some toppings like a salsa, but I didn't try them. The gym had a variety of equipment available: elliptical , a water rower, a pulley machine, dumbbells, some kettlebells, medicine balls, and mats, etc. Two of the treadmills were not operational, but after another gym user informed the front desk, someone came to reset the treadmills screens within a short time. All in all, a good stay.

It was in a safe location and clean

No microwave. Also we went to go get a fast breakfast (coffee and a bagel) on our last morning before heading to the airport at 9:40 am and it was already shut down when it was stated it was served till 10am. Good thing there is a Starbucks right out the front doors. We had no problem the other 4 mornings we were down at 7am for breakfast.

I traveled for business and found this location easily accessible to and from the airport and my conference location. Lots of food options and things to do nearby as well. Staff were extremely friendly, just one area of concern was the underground parking. As a solo traveler returning to the hotel after a long conference day, it didn't always feel very safe to park underground and walk into the building. Other than that, everything else was great for the price. I will be staying here again for sure.

We loved the modern decor and laminate flooring, the cleanliness of our room and the breakfast on site.

We didn't like the fact that the underground parking was too dark and it felt unsafe. We also didn't like having to walk through the gated pool area from the top parking structure in order to enter the hotel. On one of our exits and two of our entries swimmers were in the pool and there was some water on the pathway to the side door to enter the building. Our other option to enter the hotel was to walk all the way around the building from this same parking lot.

This was perfect as we were going to the Mayo clinic the next day. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, bed was good, great workspace desk, nice bathroom. Front desk staff were very helpful and personable.

Coffee both in the room and at breakfast was limited. We ended up at the Starbucks across the way. We were only staying for one night, but are considering returning for a week and while there are refrigerators in the room, there are no microwaves. Electrical outlets are plentiful, but none on the bedside table closest to the window.

Location and accommodations were excellent! Arrived on Easter Sunday and was able to order dinner from the restaurant. Breakfast was included each day; plenty of options.

My last morning there, I was going to eat breakfast and enjoy some time in the pool prior to checking out, but they were cleaning the pool and didn't look like they were going to be done any time soon. This was at 8:30 and pool opened at 6:00. I would have found another, earlier time to do this, as the weather was in the mid to high 90's.

This hotel was excellent. Exactly what we needed for a tournament in Scottsdale. Clean rooms, nice pool for the kids, dog friendly. Very nice gym and laundry facilities. They even had a scale in the gym, which was great for checking tournament weigh ins! Breakfast had a great variety. We would stay again!

The only thing that was a little odd was there was a dampness to our room, we’d have to really crank the AC to fix that. Also, a lot of feather bedding/pillows. We have a kid with allergies, so, that wasn’t ideal. Although we didn’t go ask for replacements, they may have had an alternative.

I like the location a lot, didn’t struggle at all to park or leave and come back, close to places to explore, I like the pool just small but good for a nice dip

The elevator, made me want to throw up every time I went on and off, and the stairs were also confusing

Everything. You guys did everything right. Don't change. Really this place was great for a reasonable price

Few small details. Use a little vinegar on those shower heads and in the sink drain overflow. It'll clear the deposits and make it look spotless. You guys still were the cleanest place I stayed in a week of travel. A/C fan needs tightened. It rattles, room 513.

Breakfast was OK. Not great, not lousy. Good view but wasn't there for view.

Miniscule closet space. Surprising choice to design this way. A couple would have a hard time if have more than a day or two of clothes. Need to show hot/ cold guidelines on shower controls or wall. Desk had no accessible plugs. That would cost about $50-100 to fix per to install and secure powerstrip.
