Hyatt House North Scottsdale

Very comfortable room. Bed was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious, pool area very comfortable. Towels at the pool were a nice touch. Lots of room around the foyer both inside and out to sit and relax. Wonderful hotel.

Our room didn’t get straightened or refreshed at all during our 3-day stay and we finally ran out of toilet paper and had to use Kleenex. Also I called the front desk with a couple of questions that no one could every seem to answer for me. They are young and not very informed.

Everything was fantastic from time I checked in ,staff was exceptional! Location superb, breakfast was clutch,overall very happy

I loved everything and everyone w the exceptional of Elma, she needs to loosen up a Lil bit ,I reached out to her on several occasions and got the quick 1 word response, other than that was amazing stay ,I will be back

The room was clean and in good repair and extremely comfortable and well appointed--small kitchenette, island to eat or work on, couch and separated bedroom and bath. Plenty of closet space and drawer space. Love the shelf underneath the sink in the bathroom to store necessities. Bed and linens were great. The property is very close to the 101 Loop which made getting around easy.

One of the elevators was down and the HVAC system in the room was loud and rattled.

What a great place to stay! It's like having your own studio apartment with plenty of room to spread out and 'zones' to relax or work in. Great little kitchen (a dishwasher? unheard of!), two comfy beds, a large bathroom and dressing area -- I can't think of anything that was missing. And: My room was on the fifth floor and had a full frontal view of the McDowell Mountains featuring Tom's Thumb, Pinnacle Peak and more. Great hot breakfast. Super clean room and facility. Nice. The perfect place to work ... or not. I was everywhere that I needed to go in minutes. I have been telling everyone who will listen to check out Hyatt House, a brand I was unfamiliar with even though I regularly stay at Hyatt Place when traveling.

Zero complaints. Really. It is practically brand new and looks it!

I loved my room. Positives Very modern interior , sitting island, small fridge with kitchenette stock amenities. Strategic mirror with coat hooks to look at yourself one last time before exiting your room. Bathroom well stocked, the shower pressure was just right.(so many hotels are either weak or just plain violent)

The bed unfortunately was very uncomfortable. I think it needs to be replaced. My cousin who stay in the other queen bed said the same for her bed.

the room was fantastic. I didn’t hear a sound from the other rooms. The shower was excellent the room was spotless it had good lighting in the room and in the bathroom. The blackout blinds were good. it had a well equipped mini kitchen and a great seating area with tv. the bed was really comfortable and the aircon/heating worked well.

It was really clean and the staff was very nice. We loved the option to check-in early without a fee. The room was cozy and the amenities were very convenient. The breakfast buffet was definitely a nice bonus in the morning!

More shade around the pool area would’ve been great as it was 110 degrees.

Everything was amazing we loved everything about it nothing to complain about the front desk was great breakfast was great just wish more of Turkey sausage lol but I loved everything! The general manager let us check in early as a courtesy after flight changes kept getting changed and upon early arrival he was really sweet! Amazing Job Hyatt this is the best one I’ve ever stayed in! We loved it

This is an incredibly nice hotel we will definitely visit here again. Good location to Central Scottsdale. Suite was very nice. I really like having a walk-in shower over a bathtub when I visit a hotel.

If you like soft beds this is a great place. Personally I like a firm bed and that is the only thing that I would say is bad about this hotel. As for location Verizon does not have 5G or good internet so I had to use the open network from the hotel for internet. But I can't fault the hotel for Verizon's failure to give good service to their clients.

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was convenient. Location was perfect. Pool was very clean.

Wish there had been more options for breakfast. My kids would have appreciated a pancake or waffle option. Also, the water in our room went out completely for an entire night that we were there.
