good value, comfortable and quiet, wonderful free breakfast

The location is wonderful! Very convenient to food, shopping and anything you would need was within walking distance or a very short ride. Excellent accomodations - clean, spacious with a great kitchen & amenities! Staff was friendly and helpful. Ample parking. We would stay again.

Upon check-in, I was advised that there is a fee for parking. I questioned since this was not noted when booking. They agreed to waive the fee wirhout issue. The free breakfast was terrible. The hot options was microwave prepackaged foods which was disappointing. However, food is nearby even across the street so not a big deal. Despite these few things, it's a great place to stay. I hope they decide against parking charges, that would change the choice of staying here again for us.

Staff were very accommodating. Had difficulty getting Wi Fi hooked up and desk staff tried and couldn't get it working so they got their IT team to do it no problem. They were super friendly with everything. The price was exceptional and when I mentioned this to friends staying at the Hilton for the same conference, they we all saying " I wish I had known". So I did lots of advertising for Sonesta. Was able to check in at 8:30 am and also take advantage of breakfast.

Room was very clean overall with a comfortable bed. Decent for those that need an accessible bathroom. I wouldn't consider the kitchen accessible. Overall property was clean, parking plentiful, and they have grills by the pool for those that are doing some of their own cooking.

Bed was a single queen/full, TV and available TV channels were terrible. Breakfast was subpar, but I didn't expect more. The roll in shower didn't have a curtain long enough to keep water in the shower. The drain in the middle of the bathroom floor was not sloped enough so nearly the entire bathroom floor filled with water.

Location was in walking distance to Trader Joe's and multiple types of restaurants. Pool was great! Staff was excellent! Breakfast was typical serve yourself premade foods.

Coffee was disappointing. Our room was on the ground floor across from housekeeping. All day there was a constant stream of staff in and out pushing carts along the sidewalk. It was my only complaint about the room.

Breakfast was self-service from ready-to-go options, which were great! The room was super big and shower was amazing! The kitchen had a full fridge, dish washer and everything you could need for a short stay. Staff was friendly! Location wise, it is close to Old Town and has many restaurant options nearby - perfect!

We could hear our upstairs neighbor every morning since acoustics between rooms was not ideal. If you are a light sleeper, recommend getting a 2nd Floor room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was better than I expected. Everything looked clean and well-maintained. The breakfast had a variety of options. Overall it was a great experience.

Part of the floor in our room was wet owing to a recent storm. The handle and gate for the pool were quite hot from sunlight and outdoor temperature.

The deadbolt malfunctioned, and locked me in the room, when my husband went out to load our suitcases in the car. He could not get back in and I could not get out. The might manager came (it was 5 a.m.) and finally pulled the screen off the window, reached in and hoisted me over his shoulder and down to the ground. (I have one artificial knee and have lost a quad muscle in my other leg due to cancer - and simply could not "hop up and out" the window. The night manager was so kind - and we managed to get to the airport in time to catch our flight home.

The rooms were spacious and wonderful for extended stay, I was only there one week but the full kitchen was awesome to have even for that! The pool area was wonderful and I enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. The location is right off a main road but it was not loud at all for sleeping - just not ideal for going for runs straight from the hotel. The breakfast was adequate.

The doors open directly to the outside and as a woman traveling alone that doesn't always feel safe.

the room my daughter had it was supposed to be able to sleep 4. the pull out sofa only was able to sleep 1. the other child had to sleep with her parents.
