From the moment you stepped into the lobby to arriving to your room, you knew the hotel was well maintained and had an initial feeling that you were going to have a great level of care during the stay. The complimentary shuttle and the pool were by far my favorite amenities to the hotel aside from the hotel water & fresh cookie upon arrival. Wonderful experience and would stay again!

When I arrived to the room, I did see a bunch of dead bugs/flies in the shower which I thought was strange but I cleaned that up and tried to be mindful of the heat and the insects that draws in to cooler spaces.

We skipped breakfast most days, as the kids aren't huge breakfast lovers, so we had bought fruit from home and kept it chilled so they could have that. But lunch options we did use and they were a great deal. Plenty of local shopping and dining options! There is a Starbucks located onsite, clutch! Visited for a pageant and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about this Hotel Resort and the surrounding area! This was our first time to Arizona(Phoenix and Scottsdale), but we are planning a future trip just for leisure and to visit family again in Phoenix, will definitely make this our place to stay! Everyone there was great to us!

I liked the spacy room we got. I travelled with 3 more friends and the room was pretty spacy. There was an extra sink outside of the bathroom which made it so nice, for whenever anyone wanted to wash their hands, brush their teeth or get ready to go out. The neighborhood was extremely nice.

We left to a Salt Water river tour in the morning and when we came back the room had not been cleaned. When we arrived to the hotel they forgot to mention about the ideal time for room service that would fit our itinerary. We had to call front desk and ask for service done at our room. Our trashcans were full and towels wet, good thing is that by the time we were back from the restaurant they had come to do the service and the room was good again.

Location was excellent. The staff were helpful and took care of every request.

There are two pools on opposite ends of the property. One heated, one never heated. One jacuzzi that worked but shut off and on. Those items are important for those on vacation. I was there 2 weeks. The second pool should have heater repaired..it seems more of a conscious decision than a maintenance issue. The restaurant menu should have specials or change. There was no pool service for drinks or food. The hotel is giving up revenue by not doing this. Other guests complained to me about this.

Large & comfortable rooms, beautiful & serene landscaping, very polite & professional staff across the entire property.

Room cleanliness can be better (e.g., vacuuming carpets) Bathrooms are in need of small repairs (our toilet was hard to flush and dirt was showing out of the water tank) Frequently the property would run out of water in the water stations (i.e., where you grab water in a plastic cup) and of towels at the pool. The times & availability of the hotel shuttle wasn't very clear (once it wasn't available until 11 am, then it wasn't available until 2 pm, etc.)

Friendly greeting and signature warm cookie upon arrival. Large room and amenities. Amazing landscaping. There's even a catcus garden! Several pools, bars, a tennis court, spa and exercise room. The balcony was great for sunsets and bird watching. The hotel is close to restaurants and malls.

My food was overcooked. French toast and wings were WELL DONE and the wings were drowned in sauce! The flatbed pizza was good. Breakfast service was very slow with only a few diners.

I loved the pool area. I would recommend getting there early as there are not a ton of seats. I love how close it is to Old Town Scottsdale. It was a short Uber ride away. I was able to book a room the day of our stay, and our room was perfect! The beds were really comfortable, and our patio was really nice!

The drinks were pretty expensive. There is not a ton of food in walking distance. We also felt pretty enclosed in the resort. Additionally, we would have liked to see more seating at the pool.

Our room was incredibly spacious & we loved our balcony with a view of the top of Camelback Mountain & the sound of singing birds every day :). Property was full of lovely surprises & having car rental available in-house was outstanding! Greg (bellman/shuttle driver) was friendly, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable about the property & area👍

Cafe/coffee area was not open when we needed it & kept having issues. Restaurant & dining staff were lovely, but we would have loved more options/variety on the menu. New front desk staff members were friendly and nice, but need more training. Some areas of the hotel are dated, but loved the grounds, architecture and art throughout.

The hotel was clean, nice, the pool area was good. Inside, near the lobby, there is a nice bar area, a coffee spot and a restaurant. We got breakfast which was a little expensive, but good. We also got food and drinks at the outdoor bar by the pool which was very good. The rooms are large, beds are comfortable, overall nice!

Our room was at the back of the property and the outside was not well lit- very dark walking from our car to the room. The view from the patio was of the back parking street area. We asked to move rooms but they would have charged us more so we stayed. Try to get a room with a view of the pool area, much nicer!

We loved our stay here. Wonderful laid back vibe, beautiful pool, great location and friendly staff. We especially loved our bartender Ray :).

The Starbucks inside served half full cups of coffee. Even when asked about why the coffee is only half full, the barista said that was the way it comes. Strange, I’ve never had half cups at any other Starbucks nation wide.
