great staff and location.

beds are very fragile, sitting down on one broke it and they only weigh like 150. staff was understanding and moved us to another room. the bed in that room was be supported by bibles it was able to hold me but it did sometimes loose a leg if I adjusted and would need to be put back together. breakfast is lack luster but for the value your getting this is hardly something to complain about.

The location was excellent. The breakfast was above excellent! The room was large and comfortable. The biggest surprise was the pool area. It was so fantastic---like a 5 star hotel! Loved the lime green and aqua blue colors at the hotel, and the close sports bar, Long Shots! Food was fantastic!

Our air conditioner/heat did not work, but it turned out that we didn't need it anyway. The door handle on the room door was loose, but didn't cause any problems.

Didn't have breakfast. Location was fine. Staff was exceptional. They were the very best part of our stay.

Toilet and tub in tiny, cramped space. Keys tricky, didn't work well.

I like the location between both Mayo clinics and the desk staff were helpful, they had a nice breakfast every morning. I did not use the pool or exercise room.

The cleaning staff were not very responsive, and I and I saw them just sitting around goofing off, but maybe it was their break. they never came in to take out my trash while I was there for six days.

Close to shopping centers. Choices for eating was great, parks close by

Bathroom was small too many windows which let in light curtains are old needs a remake over in rooms biggest complaint was unsecured WiFi which leads to my email being hacked while there. Overpriced for dated rooms

This hotel is unfairely rated for the service that I recieved. I had a pleasant stay in this hotel. At the time of reservation. The room was renovated and very clean with laminate flooring. The bed and pillows were comfy and there was plenty of closets to hang cloths. The room had a fridge, smart TV, and hair dryer. The staff were supper friendly and helpful. I could not ask for more.

Wifi accessible, comfortable beds, Samsung TV Plus.

AC stopped working, bed frame broke, mosquitos in room, no cold water in shower.

Breakfast was typical for a hotel at this level and was adequate but nothing special. Staff person in the breakfast room was excellent!!

The doorway to the second floor was very difficult to open. It was also dilapidated looking and did not match the renovated second floor.

great rooms, comfy bed! really great offering for a complimentary hotel breakfast.

honestly the only thing I can think of is that the room keys de-magnetised if they made contact with my phone. but the staff were easy to correct it.

Coffee and tea are available around the clock. Breakfast is good enough for us. Location is very convenient for us.

Breakfast should include better fruit and better egg. Mattress is too soft.
