AC Hotel by Marriott Scottsdale North

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The AC Hotel in Scottsdale during my vacation, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the hotel's ambiance and attentive staff made me feel welcome and pampered. The hotel's location is superb, situated in the heart of Kierland with stunning views of the surrounding skyline. The lobby area exudes elegance with its tasteful décor and plush seating. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the friendly and professional staff who made sure all my needs were met.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about the property! Love the friendly staff and the beautiful smell when you walk into the hotel rooms!

Location was good. Breakfast was very good.

Minimum number of towels provided. Also bath-towels were very old and ruff. Sliding door to enter the bathroom was extremely difficult to open and close and very noisy, especially in the middle of the night. Also had to call down for additional toilet paper. No additional rolls in the room when we checked in.

Great location. Walking distance to nice restaurants. Clean room. Convenient.

My room was well appointed with a great tv, comfortable bed, excellent lighting and a spacious bathroom (decent hair dryer and shower items). I did not use the gym, but would if my stay was longer. I love the coffee and breakfast option downstairs and the decent wine list at the bar. It was a very comfortable stay in an Scottsdale excellent location, walking distance from Kierland shopping and dining; also has well quick access to Safeway, Walgreens and fast food options.

I liked everything, including the staff.

I loved the cleanliness, the private parking area, the beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever stayed in at a hotel & we travel a lot. Front desk was always respectful & courteous when they would see me and my group walk in and out as we were there for a conference across the street. Friendly housekeeping staff. Showers were beautiful and there’s a mini fridge for personal food. The tv is modern. We loved it!!

No complaints except maybe a microwave would be nice in the room.

Great, spacious rooms. Nice breakfast, although no choice for a better coffee than brewed in a pot. Good, small gym. Walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Brandi went above and beyond! Reesha, Maria, Marissa were hospitable and cheery, bartender Jordan and Anne were great!

No full restaurant like most JW Marriotts

the staff was distracted. we had a couple of questions and they totally ignored us while they spoke to each other at the check in desk “I’ll be with you in just a moment” goes a long way!!

It was lovely, and clean. Everyone was nice!

We had a late check out at 12 and my husband went downstairs to get one of the carts and got locked in the elevator. Wish they had a Jacuzzi also because the pool was chilly! Maybe adding an exhaust fan to the bathroom would be good too because the room was small and if people need to use the restroom😄
