Convenient location to shopping locations

unexpected charges that I wasn’t aware of . The 200.00 incidental charge needs to be communicated better to customers .

Room was big, nice and clean. Building clean and decent decort. Loved the free water! Loved the cookies! Loved the breakfast! Of all the free breakfasts we've had, this was probably the best. Everything was well made and tastes great. I would highly recommend this hotel. We were really pleasantly surprised. Thank you. We enjoyed our stay.

Location. Not the nicest, but not really that bad either. It's 15 minutes away from ASU, so that could either be good or bad for you.

Breakfast very good. All the things I rated well above. … especially cleanliness was important with virus …. I lived in Lakes for 30 years previously and the location for all my friend visiting and ASU etc was excellent … was convenient to highway to go anywhere else toooo. The young woman who kept the breakfast filled and floor cleaned was friendly and did 👍 good job as was woman who checked us out and man at desk helped us very pleasantly with WiFi etc when getting settled in

We had to ask few things be replenished … bath gel was empty … only 3 keurig pods and those few were decaf. When checked in front desk lady was ok but less than interested all others as stated above were good.

The staff and the cleanliness of the hotel

The surrounding area to include parking lot was or felt unsafe and very ghetto. There was no valet or under ground parking. The price was extremely high for the area and what you get as far as a room. I think you need to lower your prices $70 to max $78 a night. I have stay at nicer hotels at $38 dollars a night, just being honest. Also the soundproofing was non-existence and the people who were passing by were not even loud. Could here full conversations between a little girl and her father passing by, also could easily here elevator everytime it functioned.

The manager was accommodating and helpful when our plans changed and we needed to stay longer, as well as with a cancelation. The staff was great and breakfast was good.

the staff was super friendly and did not mind us playing board games in the lobby as we did not have a big enough table in our room

it was a little inconvenient with the timing of housekeeping cleaning the room as it was not consistent every day. there was a day where they didn’t come until 4pm when we were returning from a day out and we could not go to our room until they were done

Hotel was as advertised. We wanted to be close to University for a concert. Many families attending the graduation ceremonies were in the hotel. Front staff was welcoming. Services were nearby such as gas, fast food.

Plain travel hotel.

Very comfortable and relaxing stay and very good customer service especially with their front office/reception staff. They really helped us a lot. We also appreciate the good hot breakfast and the available coffee any time of the day and that it was very near a mall and other eating places.

There was only 1 elevator working though the guests were always given priority use, I could see that it was difficult for the housekeeping staff. Also, water drained slowly from the bath tub. We were on the 6th floor so I’m not sure if that was a reason for the slow drain.

Just a bit weird that the sink area wasn’t attached to the bathroom and was outside the bathroom. When someone needs to brush or use the sink, the rest of the room is disturbed by it. Otherwise, nice stay.

Quiet, clean and staff was courteous.

The pool was on the loudest side of the hotel, ie traffic but was nice at night etc
