property is very convenient to Tempe and Phoenix attractions. Love the fact that it is dog friendly and has walkways and grassy areas where you can take your dog. The layout is even dog friendly as the rooms are adjacent to grassy areas and you don’t have to go through the lobby every time you want to go outside. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were nicely furnished.

unfortunately, our bathroom smelled musty so we kept the door closed so the smell wouldn’t bother us. I didn’t see any water leaks or areas of concern so that was puzzling.

I travel frequently and usually try to stay at in Embassy Suites. This was the second time I stayed at this hotel in Tempe. The breakfast is one of the best I’ve had great selections and the omelettes were awesome. I have eaten dinner several times in the bar/restaurant. It is a limited menu, but is very good. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Perhaps a more varied snack bar, some premade sandwiches, or little hummus snacks.

The room was very spacious and had a sitting room and small kitchenette, although very dark. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit and an omelette station, bagel, pastries, oatmeal, yogurt, lots of options. Pool area was also very nice and gym small but fine for travelling.

I was checked into a room that already had a couple in! So that gave them and me a big surprise. Luckily they were clothed as I arrived late at night. Not sure how the hotel room key system can allow that error. I was switched to another room and all fine. The exterior of the hotel is run down and old fashioned.

The breakfast was great and the community of their restaurant and lounge was very nice and casual. Free drinks!! Who can complain?? Great Long Island Ice tea by the gorgeous pool in a comfy lounge chair....that's a good day! Comfy bed. Large room.

A bigger fridge would be nice but with Dennys across the street and Qt Circle K Chipotle and a McDs it wasn't unbearable. Sodas from their machine were 2.50. We left 38 hours or one day/night early and we were not refunded any money. We had extended our stay from the original reservation by 3 nights though so that might be a factor in the no refund policy.

The breakfast was awesome! Very complete having something for everyone. Having a 2 room suite was a bonus since the kids stayed in one, and adults in a another. Since our stay was during the heat wave, we spent a lot of time in the pool.

The happy hour could offer more kinds of beer than Budweiser lite. The veggies were a plus for healthy snacks.

The breakfast was awesome! I would come back solely for the endless bacon lol The rooms were spacious and clean and there was easy access to the pool.

There was this extra fee charged that I have gotten no explanation for just yet. I was told about a deposit but this fee was almost $200. Patiently waiting to see if it will be refunded.

The staff was helpful and great The pool was clean and I enjoyed it daily as well as the daily breakfast

The bathroom door was broken the toilet had dirt around the toilet. The shower needs upgrades because the shower head had little pressure and very rusty.

Our room was super clean and had plenty of space! Details provided or fluffy, clean and the amenities were nice. Having a refrigerator and microwave in the room were equally appreciated. The breakfast was over the top, amazing!

I would say the only thing is the grounds could use a little bit of work as there were clearly a few leaks in the irrigation system but that did not impact our stay in anyway!

The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The pool area is green with plants. The breakfast has an omelette bar, fresh fruit, yoghurts and a lot of other choice such as pastries, bagels, oatmeal.

A few maintenance issues with our room, broken lamp and bath not draining. The outside area is very large and there is often and could be kept cleaner.

The complementary breakfast and the complementary drinks were a very nice bonus! The location was ideal for our most recent visit.

We felt the TV in the living room was located in an awkward area. The location of the TV made watching it from the table uncomfortable.
