Breakfast selection was great. Staff was helpful and kind. Rooms and facilities were clean.

During our stay about midnight and we could hear the room above us stomping around which sounded just like a dog running inside the room. Im never one to complain but it was so loud that it woke me up from sleeping and continued to happen until 2am! Just be aware if you stay here since they allow pets this may possibly happen to you.

pool area, not smoke free 🙃, pool n chairs unkept; however, windy didn’t know had to ask for fresh towels, the tray with coffee needed to be fixed as it kept sliding out-coffee @ breakfast 🤮

The rooms are comfortable and the location convenient.

The elevator was locked early in the morning (6 am) and the front desk didn't help us when contacting them. Breakfast was served late one of the days and it was inconvenient since I needed to leave early.

Location was excellent - close to many restaurants and shopping. Close to the I-10 freeway so easy access to get anywhere. Loved the 18inch square rain showerhead in the bath. Nice covered parking. Friendly staff.

TV and its remote were not compatible. Asked them to check it a few times and it still did not help. Only way to go to a channel on the guide was manually advance it one channel at a time. Furnishings seemed a little dated and need an update. Front desk staff were wonderful and wanted to make the stay the best possible - but could not solve the TV remote issue.

CLEAN! Everything was clean and the area was nice. It was conveniently located within walking distance to Texas Roadhouse for dinner. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I am a light sleeper and she checked her chart and placed me in a room with no neighbors. I truly didn't expect much for the price. It exceeded my expectations and then some!

The colored lights everywhere were a little to funky for my personal taste. Other than that it was great

Very helpful friendly staffed. Smelled good in rooms. Grab and go breakfast was great under the COVID pre cautions. PET Friendly.

Pool area did not look clean or very well taken care of. Whole area of pool looked tired. And access through lobby strange. Also understand that it is a pet friendly but carpets need to be keep cleaner or the next pet that stays there will also soil carpet. Perhaps a steam cleaner could be used after guests stayed with pets. That way the carpet would be dry more quickly.

The facility was excellent at an excellent location; very quiet! Staffs were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had 3 little dogs which the hotel accepted. Other hotels nearby only accepted 2 dogs no matter what size.....

Clean and updated.

Sink in room could use a hand towel hanger instead you have to lay towel on counter. Carpet had just been cleaned apparently. It was damp and made the room humid.

The staff was courteous and very helpful. The room was nice and clean. Conveniently located.

Breakfast was good, except they only had eggs two days out of our 10 day stay. I would’ve liked to seen eggs more than two days.

great Cracker Barrel and wait staff across street, hotel breakfast good biscuits and gravy and bacon, Tucson is great for the Pima air space museum and of u of a. marana is a great location of Tucson
