The breakfast was good. I was not expecting a full buffet but I got what I was looking for. I liked the location of the hotel. It was very easy for me to get around a city I was not familiar with. Most of my entertainment, restaurants and site seeing was close by.

My only complaint would be less noisy guests close to my room. Loud coming in at a later time of night. This is no fault of yours. And I was hoping for a vending machine to get drinks.

The location of the hotel was not really special. But, it is a super nice hotel, very friendly staff, tasty and good breakfast, fantastic gym. Nice seating area by the pool. Good free coffee and tea. Very nice hall.

I loved the room and how clean it was.

I happened to notice a homeless person getting food from the breakfast buffet and I didn’t think that it’s appropriate for the hotel staff to allow homeless to enter since we are paying. If food can be given then have them wait outside and someone can give them a plate outside

There had been a booking error somewhere between Booking.com and the hotel. The young lady Haylee went well out of her way to see that we not only had our king bed room, we ended up in a king suite because that was all they had left. We were not charged the difference in rates because the mistake was not our fault. We will book at Hampton Suites again i can assure you. Thank you Haylee!

Seems trivial but the door lock sputtered when using our key card meaning the battery was fading in the lock and there was a gouge in the bottom of the bathtub that showed it really needed repair. Otherwise it was geeat.

We have visited a lot of Hilton hotels in different towns recently and this one was great! So nice to have breakfast like omelette, ham, juices, fruit, bagels individually wrapped for safety but actual breakfast! Beautiful pool and a clean room in a safe neighborhood! Staff accommodated a late checkout and the towels were actually clean with no stains and all the amenities were avails and working! This is so hard to find nowadays! The fitness room had a great selection and everything worked. The hotel was up to date and quiet. Great coffee!

Vent fans in the bathroom is the only thing I can even think of.

The sofa bed and beds were not super comfortable.

This was just a good place to stay bed was very nice. The location was good I was able to get to the roads quickly. But it's not surrounded by a variety of places to eat so you might have to drive a little bit. Parking was good. Hampton Inns seem to be a nice higher standard at this price range, seems you can't go wrong with them.
