Reasonable location although there was some noise railroad and motorway noise. The road was a good size, clean and modern. Check-in staff were helpful. Would select again quite happily.

I was not impressed with the evidence of dogs leaving their mark by the ground floor entry. I would expect staff to wash that away daily if they are going to permit dogs to stay. Because of allergies I prefer to stay where pets are not allowed but did not think to use this as a selection option.

All the employees actually seem happy to be here and are willing to help you in any way they can. I called the front desk to let them know that I had booked my 3rd night on line . They actually said " We know and we have you all booked in and your new key cards are made and waiting for you". Are you kidding me that never happens. They are on top of their game. Thank you so much. I appreciate all your hard work and true dedication.

The room was nicer than expected.. Bed was also surprisingly comfortable!

You can definitely tell that there has been a lot of smoking in this hotel regardless of the signage. The windows can use some work hours looked like someone had tried to And being near the corner that was a little bit sketch

Good value nice staff. Nice clean room quiet area. Nice staff no s curity deposited Cons. Under construction no pool, coffees not 24/7. I wish they gave more of a late check out like 1pm is cool but understably rare

It was very clean and had been recently remodeled. You couldn't hear any noises from the other rooms which were also a very good size with a little kitchenette.

The pool was close for some reason and that was one reason I chose to stay here.

Stayed for about a week. Even though very close to I10 and the railway it was not noisy at all. Staff very friendly and helpful

.This hotel was comfortable, very sharp looking and clean. The beds are very comfortable. I think we have stayed here 3 times now with no complaints except the last lady working in the office was not very friendly. The the hotel is exceptional.

neighborhood looks a little sketchy arriving after dark. I arrived at a shift change to check in and had about a 10 minute wait until the oncoming attendant was ready to assist me. I am surprised it takes that long to log out one attendant and log in their replacement …
