What really made our trip wonderful was the helpfulness of the staff and their welcoming attitude. We were greeted every morning and the staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests. I want to specifically give my kudos to Manager Josh and Hesa who were particularly sweet and helpful. Nice pool setting.

A little more variety in the breakfast menu. Unfortunately, there was roadwork being constructed at night which detracted from our rest. However, it was only one night. A desk clerk even offered to change our room , which we chose not to do.

The staff was friendly and very Professional. Madecus feel welcome. The feel of the property was comfortable and relaxing.

Maintenance in the room 203: -Slow draining sink -Tattered shear curtan at top -Toilet seat very worn and beeds replacement -Smoke detector looks terrible. -Closet doors need refunish at tops -Rollers on sliding patio door drag and make the door difficult to open -Discolored and very tired switches All of these issues are inexpensive fixes

The rooms floors were tile which was different, but also felt very clean and like home... Some of the fixtures were placed in odd spots, however it gave the room a cute and fun characteristic that you donçt usually find in hotels these days. It was also in one of the best locations in Tucson, AZ. My girls and I shopped until we dropped at the Ross, Park Place Mall, and a SUPER TARGET ... It was a wonderful weekend. Guest services were kind and helpful.

The hotel could use some kind of a freshening up.... maybe newer, plain color, curtains..

clean and friendly staff, very accommodating when the first Casita was underwhelming, they called us right away and asked if everything was ok with our room. They moved us to a new Casita and it was amazing!

Grass needed mowing, but that is trying to find something! toilets could also use updating, very old

The grounds, decor, room w/ balcony were great, Enjoyed the beautiful view of the mountains. The breakfast spread was good.

The bathroom was very small, barely any room for toiletries & personal items. I was disappointed there was no bathtub. The pool could be cleaner, should be sparkling clear water! While the breakfast selection was big, it could include more fresh fruit!

The pool was a little small for the size of the hotel. But it was nice. Loved the “cantina”, and the prices for snacking were ok. Loved the free coffee and teas at the lobby. The staff was really friendly. They were super nice to let me check in a little bit earlier.

No shade in the parking. None.. And water machine at the fitness room was broken.

It was beautiful! The staff was so friendly. Breakfast was great. And bonus on the bottomless mimosas. It was my birthday so that was a big plus for my morning breakfast. Room was beautiful. Bed was comfy and pillows were nice! The fact that I could sit on the balcony and drink and look at the mountains was amazing.

There was nothing I didn't like. Everything was perfect!

The breakfast was great. Loved the layout of the hotel with the pool and the grounds. Felt like I was at a Resort in Mexico. Very good drinks at Happy hour too. room was smaller but comfortable.

Disappointed that the pool was closed all day on our last day there. Didnt open until at least 430pm but the aign said it would open at 3 pm. The front desk lady did take one day off or our resort fee to compensate however so that was good

The property was lovely. There were nice decorative touches in the room, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The staff was friendly, and made check in and out easy. They were quick to provide extra towels and pillows when requested.

The beds had hard, uncomfortable mattresses. We didn’t sleep well at all. Also, the ceiling fan in the room rocked so much it was unusable. It needs to be better secured to the ceiling.

I was very pleased with my stay! I would definitely recommend this property to other travelers. My room was very clean, and I loved the balcony and pool area. I really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner I had at the restaurant. Staff was very friendly and happy to make recommendations.

Pool area could use more towels, and there were bees in the fountain area.
