Although we were a bit unsure about the area surrounding this hotel (I am from Orange County in California), this seemed like an oasis, and we were very much right. At the center of the hotel, with a view from all of the courtyard-facing rooms, is a lushly designed space, complete with putting green, hot tub, pool, and fitness room! We were pleasantly surprised by how tranquil the courtyard felt as well as the quality and variety of fitness equipment. We couldn't enjoy the pool and hot tub (new tattoos), but other guests were lounging in the space to tan and swim. My fiancé and I explored the food in the area and particularly liked the Mexican restaurant within walking distance from the hotel - with live music! Plus, it doesn't hurt to also have Handel's ice cream and Nothing But Bundt's cakes within walking distance, if you have a sweet tooth like we do. :) As introverts, we can be very reserved with people but the housekeeping staff was amazing and came every day to clean our room. During our stay, Lynetta stopped by, and she was absolutely wonderful: she was polite, kind, funny, respectful, and made us feel more at home.

Our room wasn't as spacious as we would have preferred, and while the hotel does feel like an oasis from the city, it is placed in a higher traffic area/on a busier street. Lastly, continental breakfast would have been a nice amenity, in addition to coffee in the lobby.

Great price great environment around the pool area. Accommodating staff.

Too pet friendly. While the room was clean, it was meant to accommodate travelers with pets. I was not aware of that ahead of time, and got flea bitten on my legs.

This is my third stay at 3 Palms Tucson, and each stay has been wonderful. I was upgraded to a King Suite, and I may be voluntarily booking a suite for future visits. I really appreciated the full size fridge, as I bring and/or purchase my food on location. The mini-kitchen was SO handy. I bring my own dishes and coffee-pot, but those were provided if one needs them. I liked the room set-up where the king bed, bathroom, and one 55" TV is on one side of the divided room, and the other side contains a living room arrangement with sofa, another 55" TV, and mini-kitchen. This set-up is perfect for situations where one person might stay up later or get up earlier than the other.

This is very minor, but the 3 Palms signage is difficult to see on approach, and that's even after I've stayed there three times. It's a small sign, but there are actually 3 palm trees, so I can locate the driveway by the palm trees. Also, upon returning to my room one day I saw a woman sitting in the hot tub with her very large, adult Rottweiler standing next to her. I don't know if the dog had been in the hot tub, but there was a large wet area under where the dog was standing. A hotel employee was speaking to the woman, but I don't know what was the outcome, as I just continued on to my room.

Stayed here before and liked it. King suite is a well laid out room. Owners have done a nice job updating an older property. The location is great if you want to be in that area. Convenient to many restaurants and destinations in that area. Property backs on Tohono Chul park which is a lovely place.

I checked in late and didn't spend much time on the property. I had a ground floor poolside room and thought it was a bit noisy (noisy guests) but discovered the next morning that house cleaning had left a window open so that might have been the problem.

The rooms were very nice. The decor of the room made it look like a 5 star hotel. Best part was the walk-in shower with multiple streams from the shower head. My girlfriend really liked the lamps. Bed was very comfortable and i slept very good. Hotel was on a main road that led to all kind of restaurants and other stores. The pool area had plenty of seating, a shelter area with a grill, pool and hot tub and a little putting course for golfers. Hotel actually gave off an apartment/condo style living so it felt very homey.

I didn’t like how the a/c unit would cut off during the night. Then not being able to access the gym without walking through the main entrance. One thing that was pointed out that online it stated a heated pool but the pool was pretty cold.

The room was really nice. Loved how it had a separate little living room area, aesthetic was beautiful, clean, friendly staff, pool and hot tub were nice and warm, just overall a cute hotel. Location was great as well not far from great hiking trails.

Room had just about everything except a microwave, which isnt a dealbreaker but always nice to warm leftover up in your room especially since so many places close at or before 9pm for food in the area. Other suites appeared to have one, however, so might have been just the double queen suites.

The room were much better compared to how it looked. Surprisingly spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating as well. Would stay again.

The only major issue I had was with the drapes/curtains, since these could not be pulled to cover the windows. It didn't matter to me personally since this was mostly a stopover, but I feel like this would affect your privacy if you were to stay at the ground floor. Also, the bodywash in in the bathroom was completely empty. Again, easily fixable stuff. Otherwise, everything was fine.

3 Palms Tucson offers a great blend of luxury and convenience without the high price tag. The modern decor is sleek and stylish, creating a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, featuring comfortable beds and a large satellite TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The pool and spa area can accommodate many guests. Its location is another big plus—close to a variety of restaurants, making dining options easily accessible. Overall, it's a great option for those looking for a comfortable, upscale stay at a more affordable price.

The king suite was wonderful and linens were soooo soft. Better then average king bed, very comfortable 😴 😌

Lobby under construction so stood in a long line outside in cold. No resturant or food available...it was under construction...only one ice machine Overall good clean stay!

Lovely pool are. Decor of the room was nicely designed and all of a premium quality - appliances, bathroom fittings, furniture. In particular, the mattress, bed linen and pillows were some of the best we've had in a hotel. Amazing price - $80 for one night stay in May inc. taxes.

Coffee maker was positioned and plugged in in the bathroom next to the toilet. This did not feel like the cleanest / most convenient place for it. Yes I could have unplugged it and moved it into the main room but the hotel clearly intended it to be here, as the cable was routed through the bathroom countertop.
