Great price great environment around the pool area. Accommodating staff.

Too pet friendly. While the room was clean, it was meant to accommodate travelers with pets. I was not aware of that ahead of time, and got flea bitten on my legs.

The king suite was wonderful and linens were soooo soft. Better then average king bed, very comfortable 😴 😌

Lobby under construction so stood in a long line outside in cold. No resturant or food available...it was under construction...only one ice machine Overall good clean stay!

Lovely pool are. Decor of the room was nicely designed and all of a premium quality - appliances, bathroom fittings, furniture. In particular, the mattress, bed linen and pillows were some of the best we've had in a hotel. Amazing price - $80 for one night stay in May inc. taxes.

Coffee maker was positioned and plugged in in the bathroom next to the toilet. This did not feel like the cleanest / most convenient place for it. Yes I could have unplugged it and moved it into the main room but the hotel clearly intended it to be here, as the cable was routed through the bathroom countertop.

Room was nice , it had been remodeled which was good for guest and hotel Breakfast no breakfast , hasn't had that sense the covid , which stinks . Covid is long past just staying alive because of the silly ass's who keep talking and stressing about it Pool is always nice and refreshing and is pretty sparking clean clear water , my favorite part of my stay I will add that for the past 3 stays there has been loud hammering sawing and talking early in the mornings , which isn't cool cant sleep in and once I'm awakened can't go back to sleep I feel when that happens the hotel should give comp free nights/stay for the noise . I feel the hotel does know when and where the work crews are working and let guest know at check in they might be hearing loud noise That's all I have for now

Clean and newly renovated. Smaller room but well laid out. Equipped with bar fridge and microwave.

Turn off to hotel was a bit tricky to find. Fair bit of road noise, but good value for the money

pleasantly suprised is what we were both saying...AWESOME staff....clean, neat, and busy!.. one of those places you never reallly see and then you use their hotel...WOW...very very clean ( spectacular housekeeping) and the front desk staff, EXCELLENT! they are doing some remodeling of the older rooms, so expect that yet we had a remodeled room and it was fantastic....work out facilities, pool, hot tub, elevator, and amazing staff....we will return repeatedly ....all these folks should get raises!!...thanks

Night clerk was very polite, clean room, plenty of towels, A/C worked great and location a bit out of the way, but felt safe in the area!

I liked the updates to the Hotel, money well spent. Good sound proofing, head next to nothing thru the walls, just the heavy walkers walking up the stairs attached to the living room wall. The kitchen was outfitted for use with utensils, pans etc.

Nitpick would be, we found two bags of tied up trash under the sink when arrived at the room. The sounds of people taking teh stairs to the next floor are attached to the living room wall, lots of pounding steps coming through that wall.

My fiance is recovering from brain surgery so they were amazing and got us a room that was literally steps away from where we parked! Plus, they're just always very nice and helpful! So far, I've stayed with them 2-3 times and def plan to stay a lot more! Great rooms, great staff, great location! If they could somehow throw in breakfast and or happy hour, it'd be my favorite hotel in Tucson!

Nothing, I wish you guys had breakfast but you have a massive complex so I understand why you don't! It'd be nice, but it's def not going to stop me from staying there! You guys are awesome!

They were very accommodating to my handicap needs. Changed my room & floor with no hesitation. The landscaping is beautiful as is the cleanliness of the pool and grounds area. Greatful they had a laundry room on site, with the rooms having an ironing board and iron helped me out as I was there 8 days due to a family member who was ill. The rooms were cleaned every day. This hotel is close to restaurants right on oracle rd going north or south. This was an outstanding experience and grateful I chose it to try.

If you get a room by the pool gate, expect to hear it open & slam closed constantly, until the pool closes for the night.
