Clean, friendly staff, restaurants and shopping close by, good breakfast

somewhat industrial neighborhood but ok for the value. A sweet worker let me in to get breakfast at 8:58 (closed at 9) but her superior yelled at her in Spanish right in front of me and berated her continually until I left. she didn’t know I speak Spanish. She said I shouldn’t have been allowed in and the worker would be punished later. That was the only rude person I saw.

The employees were pretty good. My kids enjoyed the swimming area as much as we did. It was a nice quiet location as well. The rooms were spacious and clean. Parking was close to the building. Asked for towels at 11pm and they were nice enough to bring them up to us late at night. Room walls are great you could barely hear any noises coming from the other rooms. Overall stay was great way better than other hotels we have stayed at. Thank you.

We were a little upset that the blankets had some stains on them but than again it was white blankets.

I did like the idea of being able to have breakfast in the morning. Room was clean bed was fine,

Microwave did not work, Smelled like something was burning. Did report it and they were good about writing it down. Room was a lot more expensive than the last time I stayed there.

Room was very large - with a bonus sitting area that I wasn't expecting. Loved the sink NOT being in the bathroom so it could be used while someone was in the shower.

More healthy options for breakfast - for people with food allergies. I have dairy allergy, so non-dairy milk or coffee creamer. And a family member is gluten free - so options for that oo.

the layout of the building was easy especially for the kids who wanted to go get ice and the little snack stand was very convenient. the staff was amazing. I can’t praise the girl up front enough. she was super friendly, and made sure even our youngest was greeted.

The pool area was overcrowded with non-guests.

The hotel was clean and staff very friendly. The outdoor hot tub and pool was fantastic! Even has an area you can grill food. Liked that I was able to open window for fresh air.

Didn't have a screen on the window and a grasshopper came in! We were on 3rd floor.

We were travelling from 5 hours one way and the first hotel we tried in phx was an immediate no, we found this hotel last munite and with sleeping kids we thought checking in at 1 am was going to.be a nightmare. I called ahead and asked if they had a playpen they did! Bonus for that and they even sat it up and had extra blankets in it. Chrck in was a breeze, breakfast was amazing honestly everything was always full and clean.

The check in lady was super nice. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was great. Very good value. A pleasant surprise.

Everything was great except the water heater wasn't consistent. I had no problem but when my husband tried to shower there was no hot water... Twice! But it came back on quickly.

Our jacuzzi tub didn't work for 2 days and that's the reason I requested the room because of the tub. I Reported it the first night. It didn't get fixed until the last night. Someone came in our room to fix it and didn't inform us it got fixed. We just saw that water was left in the tub and we didn't leave it there so we figured it out

Very close location to a lot of stores and the Tucson Mall. It's very easy to find since every point in the city.

Without a doubt, breakfast menu. I think that could be with more options to choose.
