loved how accommodating the staff was! also very helpful and friendly. the breakfast was great. we loved the coffee and hot chocolate room! we don’t drink coffee so we really appreciated the hot chocolate! thanks for a great stay!

would’ve loved a fitness room, but the staff was accommodating with the pool hours. this was a game changer and I would suggest just changing the pool hours. since the majority of guests go to the Grand Canyon, by the time you come home and eat dinner, it is late and so extending the pool hours is necessary. that was one of our favorite parts of our experience. we love swimming and jacuzzing. I also appreciated them letting me swim early morning for my workout since they didn’t have a fitness room. we will be back!

This inn was a excellent , comfortable ,relaxing ,very quite place to stay, it had 24 hour tea and coffee room. The breakfast had a large variety of items ,milk cereals ,waffle making ,fry food, bread ,toast , bagels butter, jam as well, that was the items that we ate. It had ample parking all round the inn with security access to doors. All around the property making it easier to excess to your room. It also had indoor pool and jacuzzi. The staff was extremely helpful making this a pleasant location to stay.

The stuff was incredibly friendly. The breakfast is always delicious. The beds were incredibly comfortable. I love that the pool was the perfect temperature in the chilly winter.

I only had two very minor complaints. One is that the coffee is just horrible, haha. I actually didn't even drink it. In my humble opinion, a regular old coffee pot would have been better. The jacuzzi was wonderful in temperature but if you ran the Jets, it got really foamy and smelled like chemicals. My dad's jacuzzi does that and he suggest using a very small amount of defomer for jacuzzis. Besides that, our stay was absolutely wonderful.

Person at the front desk, Jared, I think his name was very helpful and accommodating.

The keys to the door had difficulty working the first time, sometimes it took several times for it to open the doors. Also, the cement walls around the property were being repainted when we were there and they’d had some overspray on our vehicles because of that. They should have covered our vehicles as they were close to the wall.

Breakfast much better than expected- waffles ( regular and gluten free); scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt, assorted breads and bagels and even bean and cheese burritos. Room clean and comfy, with fridge, coffee/tea. Staff friendly and helpful. Location perfect for strolling through quaint Williams AZ ( a zip line down middle of town!). Many nearby restaurants and strong historical Route 66 vibe. Short trip to Grand Canyon. We would definitely stay there again when in the area.

No rooms on ground floor available and I have bad knee. Lugging our suitcases, etc up to second floor difficult although they do have an elevator.

Friendly staff and Williams is a nice town. Red Raven is highlight recommended for dinner and within walking distance.

We had booked via booking.com and found out the stay were 100USD cheaper per night if we had booked directly. Definitely worth to check hotel chain websites and compare prices. Also, we booked this hotel to explore Grand Canyon but it’s 1h single drive to the national park.

We enjoyed staying here, it was a pleasant place to stay with nice staff and easy access everyone. The room was nice, quiet and well equipped. Breakfast was available no matter what time you came (we came just before the end of breakfast time and there was nothing missing) with enough room and not too overcrowded.

The beds were a bit too soft. No vegetables available for breakfast.

Room/bed was very comfortable, room was spacious and relatively clean. The hallway carpet is a bit worn, or needs a good steam cleaning. Coffee station was excellent, breakfast was good, lady helping to make waffles was friendly.

Room had a lot of issues: bathroom sink plug didn't work, TV was not setup, alarm clock was not plugged in, the secure lock was broken. So maybe more attention to minor maintenance of room would be good. But the front staff member, Devin, did an EXCELLENT job of addressing all the issues (except the broken lock). He was prompt, competent, and friendly.

The location was extremely scenic and also conveniently has a Safeway located a block away. Very nostalgic being on the old Route 66. The indoor pool was perfect for my family and me. Im definitely rebooking at this location next time I come to Arizona.

I loved everything about this place, the town and the people. This trip has really given me a wake up call(Im born and raised Californian). Arizona has captured my heart and I plan to come back permanently

property was clean. Room was a decent size and clean . Nice size Tv and beds were very comfortable! bathroom was very small .

Breakfast was not as advertised online . The hot food warmers were empty . it’s states hot breakfast . they had sausage egg muffins by Jimmy Dean in the refrigerator and you had to heat them up in the microwave that’s what they considered hot food I guess. They did have a waffle maker and bagels. Found out the reason they didn’t have hot food like eggs or sausage due to Covid not sure if that’s true or not. That’s what front desk told me . Then one of the guest was upset they didn’t have the hot breakfast and she lied to him telling him they had it earlier but they ran out . that was not true I was there at 7:00 am and there was no hit food and the day before there was no hit food . plus the front desk had already told me there was no hot food .
