Facility was new, rooms were spacious, clean, and bright. Great breakfast in the morning - a step up from most of the "free hot breakfast" that I've experienced. Staff was friendly. Location is perfect if you don't wan to pay Grand Canyon Village or Flagstaff prices. The fact that the pet fee was included in the rate blows my mind. Highly recommended.

No cons I can think of.

Clean and comfortable. In general, the property was well maintained. The staff was nice and friendly. The room was larger than most and had two TVs and a sofa which we liked. The bathrooms were well equipped.

The breakfast i didn't like. If you like waffles it was ok but hot food like eggs and sausage were not good. It would be nice if they had some healthier options. The breakfast area was clean and the staff was helpful. Also, it would have been nice if there were more staff at night. We had a problem with our TV and the same person at the check-in desk was the same person who came to fix it and you can tell she was a little stressed.

I like the modern design of the rooms and the hotel in general. Good-sized rooms. Bathrooms are modern and clean. Lobby is nice and clean. Check-in is fast. Location is convenient and away from the strip which is nice. Breakfast is good.

Carpets have a dog smell and may have to be deep cleaned. The facility allows pets so they really need to be on top of the smell. The elevator can be dirty from pets as well and there is no ventilation in the elevator. Parking spaces is not enough. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking when coming back late from excursions.

We were returning from a week long backpacking trip in the Grand Canyon. It began to snow as we arrived at the hotel. Check in went great; staff very pleasant and they gave us a few suggestions for dinner. I had not seen the email regarding dinner options at that time. Next morning we awoke to SNOW! For we SoCal ladies, this was a bit foreboding. The staff were great at answering everyone’s questions and really just calming any anxiety anyone may have had about the weather and whether or not La Quinta had availability for the night if it became necessary.

There wasn’t one thing about the place we didn’t like.

great location. room had balcony and was more than sufficient for our family while visiting the Grand Canyon.

hot items on breakfast were terrible. coffee was horrible. it shouldn’t be so hard to provide decent coffee. rooms are not soundproofed at all. we were fortunate to not not have noisy neighbors but I can only imagine how bad it would be with inconsiderate guests next door.

Modern design. clean rooms. nice lobby. hot breakfast. amenities.

They need more housekeeping to keep up with cleaning rooms. When we arrived and checked in, our room was not cleaned yet. Good thing we booked two rooms and waited in the other rooms. Since the housekeeper was in a hurry to get the room ready, the toilet was not properly cleaned. There was poop on the flush handle! Good thing I brought disinfecting wipes! Customers should not have to do this. They need more staff. I also did not enjoy that they allowed pets. Some owners did not clean up after their dog pooping in the hallway. If they allow pets, there should be a designated wing for pet owners to stay with available doggy bag stands, closed trash bin, and disinfecting wipes to maintain cleanliness.

We had a great stay and Lindsey was so helpful and awesome when we checked in. Dixie was very friendly and courteous when we checked out. The beds were extremely comfortable and I love having the choice of 3 different pillows for sleep.

There was nothing wrong at all with the actual property, but you definitely can hear the train going through at around 2 (?) I was sleeping so I really don’t know the time it was other than waking up thinking it was a tornado *I always heard they sound like trains* but it’s all part of the small town charm.

The facility was clean and well-kept. I liked having breakfast available each morning. The location was perfect for my activities in the area. Although I did not use them there were a lot of amenities.

The walls and floors allow for lots of noise from the neighbors. I could hear my upstairs neighbor walking at all hours. Some people walk lightly and some walk hard. The upstairs neighbor sounded like he/she was wearing lead boots and stomping around. Door slamming was another issue and if one person did it the whole floor could hear and feel it. However, once everyone settled down for the night it was very quiet and pleasant.

Pet friendly is number one reason we stay there. The breakfast is better than it was last year. Love the luggage carts! Easy parking. Location in Williams is good. The front desk guy is very nice.

The tissue box was empty when we checked in. That happens too often! The coffee in the lobby during breakfast was luke warm (ugh). The choice of sweetener for the coffee was pathetic! Who uses sugar anymore? Have you ever heard of Stevia? It's the healthiest sweetener on the planet. The pink and blue packs are not healthy and are passe. Most modern, progressive restaurants and hotels offer Stevia packs. It might cost a few pennies more, but well worth it.

I loved the microwave in the room and the included breakfast. I also appreciated the 24 hour coffee and hot cocoa in lobby. I loved the indoor pool and hot tub. All of these things were perfect for families. They are not usually found in other hotels.
