My first (of many!) hotel stays in Arkansas/Missouri that has met expectations. In fact, exceeded expectations! Ownership/Management is professional & Staff is outstanding. The only hotel I would recommend to future guests in NWA.

Laundry facilities became important...however, the ice machine is restaurant style/capacity and there is a restaurant/diner with reasonable prices and a fine group of servers. Nice group of customers dine there, too.

Convenient, quiet location. Good value. The restaurant next door serves good food and has friendly staff. Parking lot is well lit. In-room fridge. Clean, recently updated rooms. Since we meet family for breakfast next door we justified the lack of a hotel breakfast as a trade off for a lower room rate. Normally we look for hotels that include breakfast.

I know Motel 6 focuses on keeping costs down in order to offer lower rates but in-room coffee makers are something we always use as is a microwave. Both help us keep our travel expenses down. Other common conveniences not included are shampoo & facial tissue - easier to bring along, but offered in every other hotel where we've stayed.

It was mostly clean. The location was perfect for what we needed. There were stores and restaurants close. There was a restaurant right there on the property, so we were able to get our early morning coffee. The person that checked us in was very nice and friendly.

We stayed in a smoking room, so we expected the stale smoke smell, but the comforter was covered with burns. Two people had three pillows (if you call them pillows). They were very small and thin.

There was no breakfast included with the stay; and there was no coffeemaker in the room, to make coffee or boil water for tea. The receptionist was very kind and gave us a carafe of boiled water to take to the room to make tea after we arrived. There is a restaurant in the same building that is convenient to use.

very convenient for travel on Rt 40. I was warmly greeted by Daniel at check-in. Room was clean. Bathroom wasn’t super but clean. Restaurant next door was great. Gas and other restaurants are close by.

Room was close to metal steps and it sounded like elephants going up and down as it reverberated into room downstairs. Large gap under door caused a draft. It was very cold and we stuck towels in the gap to help block the draft. King bed had creaky springs and was too firm for me.

I personally think that this Location was great, and check in was easy. The room was completely updated and very comfortable. The hotel is Directly across the street from places to eat and get fuel before you resume traveling. I hadn’t stayed at a motel six in years. I was Glad that I stopped and booked a room

The room was clean and smelled clean when you walked in. .Bed was comfortable. Fridge & microwave in the room. Staff was very nice. Easy check in & out. Close to everything.

Did not offer a breakfast at the hotel but A restaurant was next door. Would like to have a coffee pot and a hair dryer in the room.

I liked the cleanliness and how tidy it was IThe hotel seemed new. The sheets smelled good. I liked the large vanity and mirror outside the tub shower stool area. I liked the clothes rod location right by the vanity. The long desk and plug-ins were conveniently located. The tv and heat/cool unit was easy to work. No carpet. No smoking. The hotel was well lit. For $62, it was excellent for a place to shower and sleep. I was pleased. Thank you!

The metal staircase outside was surprisingly heard in my room when people went up and down, as I was laying in bed. It had an echoey sound. No desk lamp. The three pillows were pretty flat and bed kinda hard and one bedspread pretty thin but all okay for a night's stay.

The restaurant connected to the motel serves some amazing food! The convenience of being right off of the interstate helped a lot as I was driving 1,208 back home and alone

After multiple stays at Alma Motel 6 the facility remains exceptionally accomadating for the price and there is a popular meat & three restaurant directly adjacent.

As with other Motel 6's the ice machine is a bin type with a hand scoop. The franchise should consider switching to the more sanitary dispensing type ice makers .
