Very, very clean (always saw an employee wiping down surfaces, etc.) along with an efficient check-in and friendly, personable staff at all levels and all shifts (from front desk, to the bartender at The Hive and the valet staff).

The bed was not comfortable - too hard for me and compared to most upscale hotel rooms. No mini-fridge snacks or drinks, had to get from the front desk - not a big deal, but inconvenient - which defeats the purpose of having a room fridge. The Hive had great drinks, but limited food menu, so we had dinner elsewhere. Had breakfast there, but it was just okay. Again, limited menu - my breakfast sandwich was on a sliced sourdough bun that was very dry and difficult to eat as a sandwich, so I deconstructed and just ate the eggs and sausage. my husband had eggs, sausage and toast, and the toast was burnt - black burnt.

my girlfriend smashed her head on the lights that are too low above table in room. it dented the light. there were other dents in it too. so not first time. I mentioned this too front desk. they didn’t seem concerned. she had to lay down with a cold towel on her head! also the room stank of sewage a few times. and the hall and elevators. all a bit dissapointing for a luxury romantic stay.

Almost everything, but we didn’t get maid service for our 2 night stay and the price of accommodations should have included a turn down device each night.

Gift shop was lacking any edibles or drinks and the novelty selection was limited.

The hotel is beautiful and the room was very unique and spacious. My new bride and I left my planned stay at an air B&B due to dishonest advertising, and I was in a mad scramble to find someplace new to punctuate our wedding night in a special way. The staff here could not have been friendlier and we were congratulated with smiling faces at the entry and by those at the front desk. They made checking in streamlined and we were in our room within 10 min of arrival. The atmosphere is unique and penguins happen to be my favorite animal so I mean what else can air say! This was a jewel of a hotel in a museum to boot! I was incredibly pleased across the board.

The only complaint would be parking in a public garage with no direct access to the hotel. But the short walk from here to the front door let us get an eyeful of the Christmas lights on the square, so I don’t know if it’s really a complaint at all.

Staff was very kind and efficient! I was handed a list of places to eat around the hotel which was greatly appreciated! The reusable water bottle was nice too! I was able to take it with me while hiking and running around town.

The parking was not my favorite, but I felt safe going to and from the parking garage.

Friendly staff. Housekeeping was on point.

Differentiated service for your guests staying at the property such as priority seating at Hive for meals.To be honest the food fell short of our expectation of a James Beard kitchen and the waiter telling my husband that it's normal to have a third of his brisket portion fat was normal sealed the deal - no stars for Hive.

Location was great. Bathrobes in the room were the most comfortable I've ever seen. Penguins were fun. Art gallery downstairs was thought provoking.

$15 for valet parking in order to be in the shaded area of the parking lot. Seemed a little over the top to have to pay for valet parking on top of the price of the hotel, which wasn't cheap. Had to get ice from the front desk instead of a machine on the floor.

The location is really pretty ideal - right in the downtown area and close to the the five and dime museum and the Crystal Bridges Museum, which is connected by a very nice nature walk. Bentonville has turned into a neat little town. I arrived a bit after Christmas and got to see the town's decorations/lights at night - GOOD JOB! Bravo.

Beautiful hotel right in the middle of the downtown area. Restaurant is excellent. Rooms are large, bed comfortable, and very clean and modern. It's a very chic hotel with a fun streak. Watch out for penguins

It is more than double the cost of any other hotel in the area- it is a very nice hotel in a great location but the cost per night is very high for the area

Perfect location a block from the square in downtown Bentonville. All of the staff we encountered were great. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was excellent.

Parking was odd and, I think because of that, the entrance to the hotel was easy to miss. Apparently, they could not have valet parking because of pandemic-related rules in the city (or county or state?), but they could have at least put a sign out saying loading/unloading zone or something like that. Even so, once we figured it all out, it was just a minor annoyance.
