Really enjoyed the large room since we brought our mtbikes inside. Very clean, well maintained, had a large fridge with freezer, kitchen sink, China and utensils stocked in room!

The lack of mask mandates and distancing!! Only one desk clerk wore a mask. The Lobby was full of NON-masking folks at breakfast...we didn't eat there, because of antimaskers...ALSO the eggs were slimy with an unidentified sauce. Breakfast needs fresh FRUIT--there was zero fruit!!!-- and GLUTEN FREE ITEMS. Please, just scramble some fresh eggs, and post next to it what's in your sausages.

It looks like the hotel was recently built and located near some of the major attractions like the Walmart Museum. The room was quite spacious and clean. It has amenities like a full fridge, microwave and coffee machine. They also provide plates, cups and cutlery. Overall, the hotel is well maintained. The customer service at the hotel is also very good and the staff is very friendly too. They also provide a decent breakfast. The hotel can be recommended to anyone who is visiting Eureka Springs which is about 50min away. We had a good experience staying at the hotel.

I am not sure if the hotel switches off the AC, as the rooms tend to get hot during the night. Other than that, no other complaints

The easiest check in I have ever experienced. The staff was so very friendly. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the entire hotel. The room far exceeded my expectations. The bed was very comfortable and quiet. My husband really enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel was easy to get in and out of. We will definitely stay here again.

The only thing I didn't like was the eggs. They didn't seem like they were real eggs. That being said, I did not walk away from breakfast hungry. There was plenty there to choose from.

We loved how much space we had in the room ! Had so many mirrors so we could get ready and full size body wash and shampoo and conditioner! The kitchenette was also so cool to see in the room with almost a full size fridge with plates and cups so we could reheat leftovers or even make a small meal!

the only thing I didn’t like was we couldn’t get the tv to change channels it wasn’t a big deal but we could only watch one channel but I wasn’t trying to bug the front desk over a tv lol!

The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The staff working in the mornings during breakfast was friendly.

The front desk staff during the night were not friendly, they seemed like they didn't want to be there, especially the one with black hair. The breakfast was okay, the same thing every day, and the breakfast area wasn't clean,

Kristy at the front desk was fabulous!! (See pic of Kristy.She stopped cleaning to be in our group picture!) One day hot oatmeal was offered with blueberries, cranberries, brown sugar & nuts and was really good! We enjoyed an evening outside at the fireplace table. indoor & outdoor seating arranged for great group interaction.

Very comfortable room with everything we needed. It was exceptionally clean. Any noise level was extremely low. They were great with the fact we brought our dog and gave us space to walk her and bags to clean up after her. Front desk people were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast not served late enough. No soda or candy machines and prices of items at front desk were high, but nothing really to complain about.

I liked the convenience of the location and the facilities were very clean. the staff was very nice

the breakfast could have been better. But the waffle stuck to the waffle iron even after spraying it. The eggs were not very good at all. I could tell they were I stand the sausage tasted weird. I’ve been to other home2suites and they had amazing breakfast

The facilities were excellent! The kids had fun swimming, and I was able to keep up with my workouts in the fitness room. Breakfast was better than expected based on the previous reviews! There was a good variety each morning, which is so helpful when you have picky eaters. I would definitely stay there again. The pricing was exactly what we needed for a family on a budget!
