The property was well kept and had a great variety of amenities. I didn’t use many, like the pool or gym, but the snack bar, breakfast, and rooms were great. From the other recent reviews, I was nervous about my stay, but this stay was exceptional for a 3* property - I expected a lot less. The breakfast was more than I anticipated for a mid-tier hotel, as I’ve stayed at many nicer properties that had less breakfast options. The rooms were very clean, save for some candy wrappers I found in a drawer. They were also in good repair, except the pull out couch cushions had some tears. The room didn’t have enough towels when we checked in, but the front desk staff was attentive and kind when I went down to ask for more. Overall, I am impressed and would stay here again and again!

There was really no true complaints. The things that were untidy or in disrepair didn’t matter much to me - Candy wrappers in a drawer, some tears on the underside of the couch cushions. Everything else was as expected or better.

Great location to get around town esp to the Crystal Bridges and Downtown Bentonville. The lobby smelled really nice and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Clean and spacious room with comfortable beds, couch, fridge and microwave.

Wished that the swimming pool hours would be a bit earlier (opens at 10am). Cheap plastic one cup coffee maker (solution: Starbucks available nearby-3min drive) As with everywhere these days post Covid19 situation, they seemed to have been short staffed but they were working really hard to accommodate every guest's needs.

The best part about the hotel is it's location. Centrally located on a strip that consists of several restaurants, this hotel will save you on Ubers if you're looking for places to eat. You also get a variety of cuisine options and for someone on a short stay like me, these made a big difference. The hotel is also nestled slightly away from the main road, so the sound of traffic doesn't bother you and the staff is genial and welcoming and addressed my needs positively.

The property is a bit dated and needs an upgrade. When you enter your room, you feel like you've entered into the 90s because of the furniture. There also is no gym on the property and even though they had a pool, I struggled to find where it was located. The breakfast menu also gets repeated everyday.

Breakfast was great, plenty of options and clean area. The room was very clean, spacious and had all the amenities. Staff was amazing, fromt desk was helpful and housekeeping took very good care of our room.

The a/c was out in the pool area. Not a big deal when swimming but super hot/sweaty when just watching the kids play.

Property was clean and close to most of the attractions. Breakfast was good. Kids really enjoyed the pool.

They aren’t very well staffed right now, so there isn’t an daily housekeeping. This was an inconvenience due to being a family of 5 and there only being two tiny wastebaskets in the room. You also have to go down to the desk to get towels as needed.

Our room was big and the breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and a Denny's was with in walking distance for a midnight snack after playing at Top golf.

The hot tub was closed and our remote to the TV wouldn't change the channel, the power and volume was the only thing that worked. We also only had 2 towels in a double queen suite for four people.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable.

The bottom of the tub apparently has an issue that they tried to cover up with some type of permanent vinyl. The water pooled over this covering and didn’t drain well. I wish I had taken a picture.

Clean facility everywhere. Great breakfast, including eggs, meat, cereal, pastries, waffles, juice, and coffee. Location next to Razorback Greenway bike trail. Enjoyed indoor hot tub and pool after riding.

Proximity to restaurants and entertainment

AC/heat unit does not have a fan option that remains running. Unit kept turning off after cooling and back on to cool. Was disruptive to sleep. Thankfully, beds were comfortable.
