Comfort Inn Bentonville - Crystal Bridges

Breakfast, pool, location on East Central that took us directly to downtown, microwave and refridgerator were nice amenities.

The young woman who checked us in on the afternoon of June 1 was not personable, friendly or very helpful; there were two, this one was white with darkish blond hair. What I was paying for my room was not very clear. There were not any towel racks in the bathroom. On several occasions late at night or very early in the morning the phone rang and no one was on the line. Both key cards took 3 or 4 tries to unlock the door. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and quiet.

The breakfast was outstanding. They really did a nice job. Beds were nice. Staff was friendly.

Price. My friend who was traveling with me booked directly with the hotel and his rate was $25/night cheaper than mine. So, for three night, it cost me an extra $75. So, I’m NOT happy about that. The elevator at this hotel really sucks. It is SLOW and the emergency door retraction does not work. I informed the staff. Parking was difficult. Hotel was really busy. Lobby temperature at night (between 7pm-11pm) really hot. Made it hard to sit in the lobby with friends.

A nicely updated king room. Plenty of closets (2) and storage space. Overall size of this room was pretty good sized. Had a microwave, mini refrigerator, a large counter area with a full size sink when you enter the room. An ample amount of kitchen type cabinets with nice counter tops. The bathroom had similar cabinet/top. Wonderful full size tub length walk in shower with great water pressure. A comfortable bed and furnishings completed the room. Nice having an indoor pool for a weekend get away in February. The pool are was freshly painted and the pool it's self was pretty good sized for a hotel pool.

The hot tub in the pool area was out of commission, sadly. A needed part for operation was on backorder. Would loved to have used the hot tub to help recuperate the tired old body after a day exploring the beautiful area. Not a deal breaker, though.

It's a beautiful hotel. I got the queen size suite with 2 queen beds, larger than Normal room with kitchenette, sleep area was very roomy, it was comfy, clean and classic! Wonderful people, large bathroom that had a shower only, which was fine. *take your baths ir showers early or late bc the water pressure and hot water run out quickly. It has a small area room that's capable of grilling 1 up a cple sandwiches, have a beer, wide or drink and relax, clean & beautiful pool with large hot tub, an outside patio off the indoor pool side area, a balcony overlooking the large open air lobby area, we loved it! Great experience, sleep, rest, comfirt, people, amenities and yes, they do have an elevator and are pet friendly. That comfort inn will b our hotel to stay when we travel to NW Arkansas! Thank u guys!!!!!!!

Exit #88 right off Freeway but NO road noise!! Great HOT Breakfast, Sausage and biscuits, eggs, potato's, sausage or ham. and all the usual stuff!! GREAT staff.

We stayed Thur. night no problem, the next week on Tue. night and the Wed night. On Thur. mourning our phone started ringing at 6:15 a.m. then 6:45, 7 and 7:08. I had not fallen to sleep until 4:30 and this was VERY annoying!!!! I t was so dark in the room did could not see the phone to even take it off the hook and leave it off> That morning at check out they tell us they were having a problem with their phone system !!!

Craig at the front desk was super nice! The pool was clean and felt so good, not too cold and not too warm, it was perfect temp. and we loved the hot tub next to the pool. The fitness center was ideal. Breakfast was really good.. two different type of scrambled eggs, sausage patties and links, biscuits and gravy and make yourself waffles. Good fruit selection and pastries, with yogurts and juices. Coffee machines everywhere. Loved that. The place was very clean and our cleaning lady was super nice for our room 331.

Cannot think of anything honestly. Very welcoming and super friendly staff.

Easy access from the highway and only minutes to Crystal Bridges and downtown. Comfortable room, plenty of bed pillows, comfortable bed. Hand-sanitizing kiosks placed at strategic locations in the hotel. Breakfast has been adapted with an eye towards Covid/health safety with many pre-packaged items though fruit (apples, oranges) is also available. Coffee and hot beverages available at any time. Kitchenette is a nice convenience, especially the refrigerator but no plates or utensils. Very nice shower. plenty of towels. Typical items in the room: iron, ironing board, single serve coffee, shampoo, soap, etc. Plenty of lighting with several charging stations. WiFi reception was good. Decent sized TV. I have stayed here before and would stay here again. Note: they have a small store in the lobby for snacks and convenience meals, and an exercise room, hot tub and swimming pool.

Wearing a mask for staff was a 'choice.' No plastic barriers and do not disinfect pens at check-in. Extremely minor highway noise which may affect some very light sleepers. Note on the thermostat about temperature settings below a certain number for fear of 'freezing up.' Room furniture has drawers — the property has not switched to open shelving yet.

It is an older place, so the rooms are big. there has been a renovation and most of it worked well. they try hard at this place and we have liked staying there several times. Breakfast is really good, and the staff is very hospitable.

really nothing. the shower heads could be changed, and each room probably needs a bit of care, but it is a nice place.

My only complaint, well observation, would be that there is a slow drip sound that comes from the vent fan in the bathrooms at night. I've experienced it in 3 different rooms in the last year so I don't know what it is but it will keep you awake at night if the bathroom door is open. I thought it might be a leak from the floor above, but this room was on the Top floor. ??

Overall this is an very nice hotel. The queen suite was very spacious, well appointed, quiet and clean. For visiting Crystal Bridges Museum the hotel is in an excellent location.

Was unable to adjust the AC; none of the controls seemed to work. Not much hot water for a shower. Breakfast was adequate but unremarkable and the coffee at this hotel is horrible.
