Staff was great when we were there, esp the shuttle drivers! Room was pleasant. We loved the tall blue chair! Nice to have microwave and refrig. Bed is super comfortable! Loved the A.C.

We were right over the ballroom on the second floor and there was very very loud music until midnight on Saturday. Our room was vibrating to the sounds. The tubs do not have solid bottoms, which is not so nice. I'm replacing my tubs at home and I have told my company that I won't have that.

very clean …. they had our room ready short notice 3and 1/2 hours ahead of schedule the accommodations were top notch … we were made to feel special the room itself was more than we could have hope for the lounge stayed open so my husband and I could visit have a cpl drinks and get reacquainted after 6 long months of being apart and his 5 hour drive to get here (due to illness ..and work)we were even given a complimentary hot breakfast due to the fact we had such an aweful experience the night before at a previous hotel … the staff here at Doubletree really made our stay very special and we both will never forget it and we will return that’s a promise as my husband had to drive 5 hours back to another part of Arkansas and I am still in this area so we will reunite again and in hopes of doing so gladly with Doubletree staff and accommodations to help us through this trying time …… THANK YOU

A little far from all the action in Bentonville. That’s why shuttle was so helpful. Couldn’t safely cross the street in front of hotel!!

Hotel was BEAUTIFULLY taken care of. It was clean and quiet and the pool and workout facilities were great. The Beds were amazingly comfortable. The staff was AMAZING! Very accomodating and friendly

I wish the pool was a little clearer. It was clean, but it was cloudy, the shape didn't leave much opportunity for swimming laps, but it was good and the exercise rooms being separated were GREAT!

The suite was very nice. The beds were great. Most of the staff were extremely congenial and helpful.

I booked a king bed months ago and ended up with 2 beds. When I called down to check about the king bed at about 10:30 PM on 10/13/21 the female check-in attendant was really rude! All other staff were very friendly the remainder of our stay. The bedroom with 2 beds was too small to open the closet doors.

We liked the separation of the bedroom from the sitting area, the refrigerator and microwave. Really liked tge amount of counter space in the bathroom and the fact that it was remodeled. Tub enclosure was a little dated, however. Loved the chocolate chip cookies. Tgey were warm and soft and delicious.

Tub/ shower enclosure was outdated. Everything else was just fine and better than anticipated for a hotel.

The room was wonderful, clean and spacious. Great location. It was our 50th wedding anniversary a fantastic place to celebrate!

Whoever the man was that checked us in for breakfast did not tell us we could have omelets etc. made. We had already filled our plates when we noticed the hostess bringing them out to other tables. Other than that the staff was great.

It was beautiful, clean, quiet, rooms were spacious with lots of storage, the bedroom section of our suite had it's own large-screen TV & doors for privacy. We never had to wait for an elevator. The staff was friendly. Free coffee in the lobby was good. The hotel breakfast buffet was $8. We ate breakfast at the hotel every morning because the coffee and pastries were good but the buffet was nothing fancy, just your basic scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, etc.

Everything was great! The gentleman who greeted and checked us in was the best!

Only thing was that the pool was closed.

Breakfast was great. Staff was great. 2X extra nice. Being able to keep my dog with me made all the difference. It’s why we chose this place. Shower was fantastic!

Lighting in makeup area is very poor. Need a full length mirror. Could have used more breakfast bowls.
