This hotel is in an excellent location to explore NW Arkansas. It was much nicer than I expected with a large, clean and comfortable room. Beds were very comfortable and it was quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

The only disappointment was that the breakfast room was under construction so breakfast was a grab and go bag that was the same every day, but it was a generous amount of food and improvements are a good thing.

Didn't have any real breakfast. Just some bag snacks. Only thing they had.

Didn't like their shower floors. very slippery. Had to be very careful taking a shower. Surprise people have not fallen in the showers. Did not have any parking lot lights at night. So was really dark as the parking area is away from the building,

The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning was efficient. It was a convenient location for visiting Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, and there were plenty of dining choices nearby. It has an outdoor pool.

Because of construction work, breakfast was grab and go items. I opted for breakfast at Panera instead.

I rented a double room that was very clean, tidied up, and well arranged with solid furniture. The bathroom - very much the same. The cooling unit in the room was relatively quiet and efficient. I slept well. The staff also seemed friendly and knowledgeable.

Only item I preferred was different, was having a larger cafeteria in which to have the free breakfast. Nevertheless, this was probably factored in the great low price that freed up money to be spent on other things.

Front desk staff were very nice and helpful when I checked in at a late hour (around 10:45pm). Room was clean and bed comfortable.

The 'bagged' breakfast was awful. Why a sausage biscuit when there is no microwave in the rooms? The breakfast wasn't balanced at all with the sausage biscuit, sugary breakfast bar and water. There should have at least been a juice (ideally fresh piece of fruit) and a simple pastry that didn't require reheating. Would have at least edible. There was also no closet in the room to hang clothes.

Room was a very decent size with beds big enough for all of us and the dog to sleep comfortably. Really liked that there wasn't a pet fee (although ours is a service dog & that wouldn't have mattered) but to know there's a pet friendly hotel is nice. Staff was extremely friendly and even it wasn't their job to check you in/out they made sure to let someone know I was there and got took care of right away. Got an amazing deal online for the room so was very happy about that too

No complaints

We were disappointed that the room we booked did not have a refrigerator. When we told the receptionist (Alex) she changed our room so that our new room not only had a refrigerator/freezer but it had a walk in shower! That's exceptional service.

It was fine.

We left a day earlier than planned so we didn't need our room for the second day. I did mention that to the person at the desk and since we didn't give them 24 hours notice, we wouldn't get any refund. If they were able to book that room for that night, it would have been nice to have gotten something back in return.

The staff were super nice. The room was very comfortable and the location was good for us.

Instead of water maybe they could add a juice or milk drink in the bagged breakfast.
