Hyatt Place Rogers/Bentonville

Cleanliness is the sole necessity when I pick any hotel so I was very pleased with our room! The room was very spacious and clean! It had a nice living room area and a small wall panel to separate it from the bed area, both of which you could enjoy the TV from because it was on a wall mount that could turn. It was pretty quiet at night and there were no issues with any of the appliances provided.

The only complaint if I could make one is that the room lacked a microwave. There is a kitchen area in the lobby but being that we were on the third floor it was a bit inconvenient to not be able to heat food whenever we needed and not have to leave our room.

The breakfast was good when you could get it there were so many baseball teams, and such that we didn’t always have food for breakfast. We went to out of the Forge days at 8:30 and there was nothing. We didn’t even have coffee. it was empty all of the containers even the oatmeal were empty. When we asked the manager about it, she said that the person had only been doing it for two weeks in. There wasn’t enough people to help prepare the food. We found this unacceptable. So we had to buy breakfast two different days because there was no food available they were going to make some more but it would be 30 to 45 minutes before that would be done.

If you offer breakfast, then there should be breakfast. Also, the floor by the air conditioning unit was wet.

The location was excellent for our purposes. Easy access to the venue for the birthday party. All of the hotel staff were very personable and professional - that includes the front desk staff, the maid service and the maintenance staff. The free hot breakfast had great options available.

The size of the bathroom. It was difficult to maneuver in the small space. We stayed on the 2nd floor but the ice machines were located on the 1st & 3rd floors which was a small inconvenience but allowed me to get my exercise by using the stairs.

We had a problem with the room fridge not working, but one of the workers helped and put a new one in for us. Overall, it was a good experience, and we did enjoy the location we were in due to it being close to the mall and many other places we wanted to visit.

The TV had some problems with connecting to the phones and then not wanting to shut off when we would try to turn it off. The bathroom did have residue left on some spots where it wasn't thoroughly cleaned off.

Loved the staff, they were amazing! Especially Lauren and Josh! Just big kudos to them. Hotel was clean, room was perfect for what we needed. Pool was clean and plenty of clean towels available. Breakfast was pretty simple, but did the trick (definitely not most amazing ever like one poster said; not even a waffle maker).

Wifi service didn't want to connect, so it would take 30 tries, 6 people and a lot of patience just to get internet. Also, the price seemed high to me... It was no 4-5* hotel for that rate. Also the TV placement was really weird, and the cast didn't work; said no connection. Most of this was menial; overall it was a good stay.

Nice size rooms, Very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent and a wide variety changing daily. Very friendly and helpful people at the desk.

Only thing I can even think of knocking is when you're there multiple nights the room gets cleaned every other day instead of daily. But honestly was not a big deal.

Staff were most helpful and kind.

Over the weekend, lots of kids running the halls and up and down the stairs close to our room. During the week it was very quiet, but it appeared some young sports teams were in town for the weekend. Also, a microwave in the room would have been helpful.

This was my first trip to Rogers. All the employees were very friendly and responded in a very positive manner to any of our needs. As a businessman, employees like these that work very diligently like these front line workers are worth their weight in gold, especially in this job environment. The owners should be very proud of them and, no, I do not know any of them.

Breakfast offering. We travelled in a group of about 20 that stayed in various hotels in Rogers. From their comments, their lodgings provided a much broader selection of breakfast items than this hotel.

Large room, comfortable beds, good WiFi. Not far from Crystal Bridges.

Breakfast was disappointing. Limited choices. I read reviews that the breakfasts were excellent, but no pancake or waffle possible. Only packaged fruit cocktail. Apples the only fresh fruit available. Perhaps I'm just used to European and Asian hotel breakfasts but also not good in comparison to other chain hotels in the USA.

I have been here for a night and all I can say is that our stay was fantastic.I never right reviews but I have to do it for this one so I can my fellow travelers. We were visiting the area for our spring break for four days and we ended up staying in four different hotels because I had three kids and most of the places were not comfortable. When we checked in at Hyatt place we were all happy the rooms are spacious and everything so good and clean.The front desk is accommodating and friendly I wish we had stayed here for our entire stays!! Please if you are in the area don’t even waste your time going anywhere else this place is amazing!!!? We are definitely coming back !!?
