The location was perfect, friendly people and staff. Paula is a great asset to the staff she does a great job handling the breakfast and made friends with our toddler and played and talked with him every morning

BRING BACK the biscuits and gravy, that is a great hot breakfast item a lot of people in the south LOVE them like we do. Not that is to much of a problem but a bathtub in our room would be nice, our toddler was scared of the shower. I don’t know if all the rooms are like this but just happened to be in our room.

breakfast was tasty. All 4 in our group found different items we liked, both hot and cold. Dining area was clean. Kitchen hostess was pleasant. we were hosting a couple for their 61st wedding anniversary. Rooms were pleasant and comfortable. We appreciated the night light in the bathroom.

booking.com made the front desk confused because both rooms that were booked online, 1 reservation showing 2 rooms, paid with 1 card was reserved under 2 names,.?? how could that happen? It caused some concern both for our check-in and us, since they didn't have any vacancies. Kaylie and Casey were excellent at the front desk to resolve this.

Quiet, comfortable, and close to the interstate. Robin at the front desk was outstanding! So darn sweet and pleasant. She is a real asset for the property as she sets the tone for the whole visit. The breakfast selection was surprisingly large and very tasty.

Not a thing.

The staff was very polite. Breakfast was good. Had eggs, sausage, and potatoes, as well as waffles, muffins, bananas, and juice. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

The walls are thin. We had a family with small children beside us. The children were slaming the door many times earlier than we preferred.

Friendly and helpful staff, wonderful amenities, located close to many good food options, spacious rooms, exceptional disability features and access (important for me in a wheelchair) in room and throughout hotel, even in pool area

The breakfast was fine. Our table was uncomfortably small, but it all worked okay. I liked the sheets with a blanket, much better than a duvet covering, which makes you too hot while sleeping.

In the room, the closet hanger was kind of cheesy and inelegant, I like a closet or a wardrobe much better - this was more like camping. Bathroom was way small, not laid out very well.

Good breakfast, free coffee/tea, friendly staff, large and clean room, staff wearing masks, plenty of parking, location 5 minutes from where I wanted to be, easy check-in and check-out.

My room was directly over the lobby, so the "view" from my window was of the back of the "Hampton Inn" sign, which meant there was almost zero natural daylight in my room. Next time I'll know to ask not to have that particular room. Also, there was major road construction right outside the hotel, so when I arrived close to midnight, I could see the hotel, but I could also see that the entrance was blocked off. I managed to navigate my way into the parking lot eventually, but the hotel should have communicated the traffic situation to arriving guests.

Clean, quiet, good location, comfy beds, very friendly staff. Absolutely everyone was pleasant and helpful. We noticed we were greeted with a smile as soon as we got there by Michael. Wish I had jotted down names of all others. Other nice amenities were the lighted closet and the electronic shades. The a/c was very quiet too. And the little to go breakfast bags were a nice touch on our busier days.

While we loved the walk in shower, there is very little space around the sink to organize personal items. Also, I hate to see towels above a toilet as it seems germs would spray w every flush. We usually ask for clean towels and never use the ones left there since they might have been left over from a previous guest. We also thought our entry to the room was very dark and it made it hard to use the very nice mirror.

We thought the breakfast was very nice. Each day they had scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, waffles, bagels or toast, muffins, and fresh fruit. What more could you ask for. We enjoyed that.

Nothing you can do about, but the road construction was a real hazard. It will be nice once it’s done.

The staff was super helpful and kind. Even though we checked in late they took care of us. The hotel was very quiet. Our room was clean and ready for us to get some sleep.
