First impression, the friendliest valet ever. He welcomed us to Nashville, and helped us with our bags and our car. The attendant at check-in was welcoming, as well. Beautiful lobby with ample seating. Terrific pop-up coffee shop, Frothy Monkey. And our room.. ahhhhh. Luxurious, comfortable, clean. Crisp clean linens. Great shower, too. We were able to relax and rejuvenate. Such a good visit.

If you are going to charge high prices at the bar then you should post your prices or have the bar tender tell customers. I was watching a football game at the bar and I was shocked when I received my bill that a shot of Tito’s is $15. A handle of Tito’s is $31 so a double vodka and soda is the same price as an entire handle! That’s an outrageous markup

Overall, this experience at this hotel was one of the greatest ones I have ever had. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the hotel itself was gorgeous, and the expense of the hotel was not too outrageous. Overall, I will recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling to Little Rock, Arkansas.

Overall, there was nothing that I didn't like about my hotel stay. The hotel was located in the heart of the city, the hotel was just overall an amazing stay and again there was nothing wrong with it.

The room was a good size, and the bed was comfortable. There was a comfortable chair to sit in while reading and watching TV. Bathroom was especially good.

There was some kind of odor (household cleaner) that caused my allergies to react a little, so I didn't sleep much, but that might not affect some people.

We had such a lovely stay. The hotel is beautiful, and the everyone was so friendly. Special thanks to Shannon, Antonio, Zack, Kelly, and Cody. Y’all were all amazing! Will definitely book here again the next time we are in town.

The rooms were clean and nice. Lovely decor and really awesome front desk staff ( looking at you Micah! ) . Valet parking is totally worth it. The only downside to our stay was the breakfast , it looked like it was a few days old with crusty cheese and almost rotten fruit on offer.

My wife loved it so much I got laid twice. It was amazingly designed and great value. Service was phenomenal.

I've noticed that in the modernization of hotels they're getting rid of tubs and also having to pay for breakfast was a little annoying.

I love the Hotel overall, I love the decor. The room was very chic and modern and yet still sober. The staff was really grateful and you get Starbucks coffee in the lobby!

I think the cleaning could have been slightly better. When we got there, there was a lips mark on one of the glasses, they didn't leave shower caps and the shampoo smelled like a man. They corrected it the next day.

The staff was so friendly! I needed an extra day & the manager was able too not only get me the extra day but when everything was booked she was able to find me a place to stay at another one of your locations by the outlets. I can't say enough good things about how accomidating & friendly the staff was everyday that I stayed.

Some of the homeless asking for money etc which I understand downtown public is not in your control. The smoking area to the side, inset, felt a little unsafe or cornered at times. I was more comfortable where the Valet guys were.

Have to valet park at $30 per day plus tips. Floor in rooms is no carpet but they were not well cleaned (sticky gross).
