DoubleTree by Hilton Little Rock

The location is definitely the best. The hotel does have a parking on site. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The ladies at the restaurant are the nicest people in the hotel.

The room only had to aces to plug your electronics, no USB charger port., also yhey didn't want to honor the breakfast included in the reservation through Booking.com. at the end they did end up giving us the voucher, but the bitter moment should have been avoided by the front desk personnel. The breakfast is a standard hotel breakfast, if it wasn't included would have definitely gone for breakfast at another place, there are a lot of options close to the hotel.

Loved our location. We did ask for a room with a river view and we did not get that but our room was very clean and comfortable. We booked here because we wanted "shuttle service" to a concert. I called directly and was reassured they would definitely be running a shuttle. I questioned because one of the facility's we stayed at previously had cancelled all shuttles.

Would have loved to be on the river side. The staff was never rude but they were very short with us when we asked about a shuttle(the MAIN reason we booked is because I called the facility directly and they assured me they would be running a shuttle to the concert we were attending). When we asked we were told very abruptly that was ONLY IF IT WAS AVAILABLE. They did reach out to the shuttle driver and we arrived to our concert in a timely manner and were picked up by a fantastic driver very promptly.

The room was very very nice. The balcony was a nice feature. Very cozy room with very nice soft beds.

The stuff was a little unprofessional. They were not really rude just not as helpful as they should of been because they were not acting very professional for such a nice motel. I do Hate having to pay to park. I feel like that should come with the price of the room.

I liked the location.

Although there was a “small fire” and we had to be evacuated, the management refunded my stay in full. Absolutely no worries and I will book again. Nobody was hurt thanks to the most high!!

The bed was comfortable. Nice big TV. Very friendly staff. Nice room but small. It had a safe. The soap and shampoo were very nice. The cookie and water at check in. Only people with a key card can get to the room levels.

The temperature was hard to control. the vent blew directly on the bed. The bathtub was very roomy but didn’t have a sloping back. It made it very uncomfortable.

The balcony and view were amazing. The cookies were amazing as usual. The gentleman who checked us in was so kind and helpful.

Cleaning staff opened the door at 8 am without knocking. The room air conditioner was extremely loud and very close to the bed. The overall look of the hotel is very nice outside and in the lobby and bar area, the room was disappointing after that. (Broken a/c cover, scuffed and dirty door, outdated lamps and decor)

Price,location,friendly staff,large room with comfortable bed,great view of river and Broadway Bridge from room. Plenty of parking in underground garage Great breakfast,lunch and dinner buffet. Walking distance to downtown Little Rock and a short walk to convention Center. This was my 8th year staying at this hotel for the Little Rock MARATHON and I've never been disappointed.

Location,staff,facilities,restaurant and price. I arrived very early and was expecting a long wait in lobby before I could check in,but to my great relief,the young women at reception checked me in. This was my 6th year in a row at this hotel for the Little Rock MARATHON and I already made reservations for 2022.

⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The staff was so sweet! They offered us cookies and water bottles right away (they did every time we checked in). The man at the front desk was so kind and remembered us from 2 weeks ago when we checked in after our 5 yr old son had surgery from breaking his arm. They gave him a Powerade and 2 Doritos chips free of charge😍 because they had remembered what our son had been through. The rooms had AMAZING views and made sure we got those views both times. We decided to leave the Holiday Inn mid vacay (we were paying more there for way less than what that location/hotel was worth) to come back and check in at the doubletree. Very clean, very friendly, great location on the River, & cheaper! Loved the experience and are looking forward to our next stay there in two weeks to get our son’s cast off♥️
