It was smaller so not overwhelming at all. 4 floors and not too chaotic at all. Clean and good breakfast. Good coffee in the morning-dark roast. Staff was super helpful and pleasant. Everything felt clean- and I am pretty particular. I would absolutely stay again.

Nothing against the hotel BUT if you are there for disneyland and plan to use the ART bus, there are some times of the day you need to request pick up as it does not always run automatically during certain times of the day. We walked one day and I wouldn't recommend it if your wanting to do a full day at disneyland.

This hotel was a nice surprise compared to many of the Anaheim hotels we have stayed in. The staff was amazing; Gladys at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and exceeded our expectations of friendliness and kindness. The walk to the Mickey and Friends parking garage and tram took about 18 minutes and an Uber to the Disney gates on Harbor Blvd. was about 5 minutes ($7-8/ride). We enjoyed the morning breakfast in the beautiful seating area. Breakfast choices were waffles, cereals, sausage and eggs, yogurts, coffee, and juices. The hotel pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. Our room layout optimized space and had plenty of storage and the room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was large and very clean. We even had a partial view of Disney fireworks from our room! We will return again!

The property is a bit older (but very well kept) and we could hear people walking in the room above us at night as well as in the hallways. However, this was minimal and would not keep us from returning as the property overall was well above many Anaheim/Disney area hotels.

The location was fantastic, just a 10 minute walk to Disney, and short drive to restaurants and shopping- the breakfast was all you could want and really set you up for the long days ahead in Disneyland- Fantastic

On leaving I had a note on my car from the adjacent Holiday Inn- telling me I was parked in their car park- but the parking didn’t look separated between the two properties nor did I see any signs referencing separate parking spaces- but no big deal- I wasn’t towed!!!

I loved how the hotel was so clean and the staff were amazing! The room was a mini suite and very beautiful. There's soo much parking for being a busy weekend. The staff were friendly and always greeted me, every morning even the house keepers!

I liked everything! The price was a lil high to what I normally pay in that area, but it's worth the price so there for I would stay again over and over!

Excellent for a family trip. Clean and conform suites and the entire hotel. Location very close to Disneyland which is saving us the parking at Disneyland for two day. We walked everyday to Disneyland around 9mins. Front desk extremely helpful. Breakfast good for the family before to start our day. Pool excellent condition. Its a very good place to stay with toddlers and family vacations.

They charged 20dlls per day parking. So if you have another family member with a car its another 20 dlls per day. In our family trip with have 3 cars so I paid 180 dlls just in parking 3 cars -3 days parking :( I asked but they said no discount not flexible for parking permit.

The breakfast was better than expected here, although it was the same thing every morning. It did the trick to fuel us up for Disney. The location is great, because when you walk to Disney you are on the opposite entry side for the main entrance, and there was less foot traffic going through security. Beds and air con very comfortable.

Paying 20 dollars for parking is a rip-off.

Fantastic location. Just a 15 minute walk to Downtown Disney. Staff were amazingly helpful. Lots of eateries in the area. Room was big and comfy. Liked the added sofa area in our room. Pool and hot tub were welcome relief after a long day. Easy to hit other areas too including whale watching in Long Beach and a drive down to Laguna.

The hotel needs to consider it's impact on the environment. As do all the hotels we stayed at on our trip. We never quite worked out how recycling works in the US. But there was so much food and plastic going in the trash every breakfast. Give guests separate bins if you need to. Look to cut down on the waste full stop And you could provide separate coffee creamer in the rooms rather than wasting whatever else was in the plastic packaging. Also, you may with to consider getting a second toaster in the breakfast room :-)

Excellent location. Decent breakfast, although the layout was not easy to follow. For example, the plates were at the far end of the counter. If all you wanted was toast or a muffin, you had to go to the far end and push through those getting eggs

The couch and chairs in the room are the most uncomfortable that I've ever sat on. AaAnywhere.

The rooms were very clean, spacious, very comfortable and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast for a family of 5 was an added bonus. I liked the fact it was close to Disneyland and we walked it in 20 minutes.

The gym was closed 😞

Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Quiet location, friendly staff and close enough to disneyland. Inexpensive transport option to disneyland available from bus stop outside of the hotel.

Location is a little isolated without a car - needed to organise transport to get to restaurants/disneyland etc. Not in walking distance of shops (ie:pharmacy, etc)
