I like the room it was clean and the bed is really comfortable customer service in the front lobby r friendly.

.I don't like the TV in our room the picture are not clear also morning breakfast service not friendly cuz I told her my wife disability I tried to bring her breakfast she not allowed me .i understand cause code 19 but we don't made any mass in your room . We did not go down and eat anymore. I don't think you guys respect the disability people.we need the answer? Not about the foods the respect ! We probably be back in couple months but not in your hotel. Kind of disappointed.

It was quiet. We didn't have any issues with noise and didn't hear the people upstairs walking around. Check in was very quick and easy. The person that was there when we checked in was nice. The room was clean. Disneyland was about 3 blocks away and walkable distance. The Gardenwalk was a block away and we walked to and back with 3 kids. There's a lot of restaurants/food varieties around- Carls Jr right next door, Ruth Chris steakhouse down the street if you want to get fancy, Pho restaurant about 3 doors down. There's also a little store right next to the hotel that had snacks/drinks that we definitely visited for the random late night snacks. There's also a Walgreens and Rite Aide about a block away which had a lot of Disney stuff for a fraction of what we would pay at the parks.

When their page says there's limited parking, oh, there is LIMITED parking. We tried not to go anywhere worried that we'd come back with no parking. The beds definitely need to be better. They were loud, creaking, and you could hear the springs any time you moved. The pillows were also sad. Although they were clean and smelled fresh, they were very flat and not supportive. Husband and I both woke up with sore necks/backs/shoulders/hips.

The location close to the Convention center/Disneyland was fantastic. For those who don't want to walk (15 minutes), there is a bus service that goes up Harbor. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance, a convenience store right out the door, Enterprise car rental place across the street, shopping close by Target (bus or uber) and an Outlet mall(Uber) . We did not get a chance to use the pool, but noticed several others that did! There is a small breakfast offered that looked like a good start for the day! The people at the desk were wonderful, our arrival was early, but the room was ready and for a small charge was available to us !!! We are already coming back in January for the convention and will tell all our friends!

The bed frame was a squeaker. LOL... It could use some lubricant or tightening, but it really wasn't a deal breaker. The window did not open, it looked like it should have...

Very nice staff and gave us a free upgrade during our stay just because they wanted to, it was also super close to the Disneyland shuttle ( only 7min walk ) also there was a mini market on the premise so anything why didn't have or need was nextdoor

Honestly when I come back to Disneyland I would have no problem staying at this hotel and if this was the only hotel that was available I would be thrilled 10/10 would recommend

The room was spacious. The beds were comfortable. 5 minute walk to Toy Story Parking Lot. Lots of restaurants near by. Little grocery store in the parking lot. I know reading reviews about breakfast; I thought it was fine. It had cereal, toast, fruit, pastries, bagels. It was enough and satisfying for my family. I was a little nervous about the breakfast but it was fine and it wasn't busy in there.

Hot tub was like warm and pool wasn't heated

This room was just perfect for my family if 5 plus my niece. 3 total beds in the room. So it worked out 2 and 2 for each bed since there were 6 of us. Plus there are 2 separate sinks and as well as a sliding door to separate adults and kids if you want. Also a 2 min drive from the Disney Parking lot.

Our key kept having issues scanning, and their breakfast was very simple. Nothing fancy. They provide cereal, break and cup-noodles.

I liked that the rooms were clean and comfortable, it was perfect for our overnight stay. The parking lot felt secure as we could see the vehicles from the rooms. They had vending machines on every floor, perfect for a late night snack. The fruit selection from breakfast seemed fresh. The location was very convenient as well, just down the street from Disney parking structures. Overall very happy. I would stay here again.

i love how comfortable the bed is. the room is also pretty big and clean, compared to other inn that I’ve stayed in Anaheim before. the location is in the strategic area, 20 mins walk from disneyland which is not bad at all. there’s a really good italian ice cream shop and a pho restaurant in a walking distance.

just one thing. I I left my cross necklace in the bathroom cause we were in a hurry to checkout and I didn’t realize until few days later. they said they never found anything but I remember exactly where I left it and there was a janitor came to clean the room right after we walked out. i’m not going to accuse anyone cause I have no proof, but that necklace was a Christmas gift from my mom and it means a lot to me.

The room was very good cleaned all time.The crew was very good.The location is really more than excellent every thing around you.Car rental, market food,supermarket,a lot of restaurant,and many deferent stores.

Basic breakfast

the room was very clean and bed was comfortable parking is great and the rooms are very spacious.

That you couldn’t take your continental breakfast to your room. I had went and gotten 2 cups of coffee and 2 pieces of bread for my husband and I .. The lady who works in the breakfast area rushed and STOPPED me at the door, as if I was stealing and telling me I could not take the bread with me I had to eat it there. I told her I was going back to room to have coffee with my husband and she told me I could take the coffee but not the bread. By that time I was embarrassed and annoyed I just handed her the “wrapped danishes” and went on about my day. But That was a horrible way to handle that , I hate that she made it such a big deal in front of other guest. completely unnecessary!!!!
