The hotel is of the Embassy Suite standard and a good hotel to stay in. The hot breakfast buffet was tasty and easy...the hotel even had signs about peak busy times at breakfast to avoid them if you want. Parking was almost always available, though the stalls were small. The pool and hot tub were nice to have but busy most of the typical times (late evening).

The hotel doesn't have stairs that access the main floor. So you have to take the elevator even when your room is on the 2nd floor. And there is often a wait for the elevator, especially as people leave the Disney parks in the evening. The pool is nice but was always out of towels.

The location was great, staff were helpful and it's generally a pretty nice hotel. Free breakfast and a daily drinks reception were bonuses. The interior fish pond was fun, too. The rooms were nice with plenty of room, it was quiet and earns a solid Meets Requirements.

Room could have been cleaner - we had some long black hairs in our bathroom that were clearly not ours. Parking was a bit rich at $25 per day. The free breakfast is worth every cent - I would have preferred to pay for a better quality breakfast. Aside from the excellent made-to-order omelettes, it was not very nice.

The staff are delightful and I felt taken care of from the minute I arrived. I had a small issue with my room which was resolved quickly. The room was amazing and it meet my expectation for quiet. The hotel was very well situated for taking the bus right into Disneyland each day. I could see the bus stop from the hotel. The pool was outdoors. The breakfast was always well presented and appreciated for the quality and availability. I was able to partake in one happy hour experience and that too was enjoyable.

The $25 daily parking fee. I can understand why it is needed as the bus is so convenient to disneyland I can see locals taking advantage. But I still don't like it.

Breakfast is the same every day, American breakfast. Pretty decent, but nothing fantastic. Room was spacious, booked the larger King Suite. Bed is large and generally comfortable. Free hotel WIFI speed is slow but usable.

Supposed to have no house cleaning for 5 days standard, unless requested. Maybe save the environment with less cleaning? Not a single complimentary bottle of drinking water. no toothbrush and toothpaste, no slippers. Not sure if this is a standard thing in Hilton or across the states.

Breakfast was great. Only went to one evening reception, but it was nice and included appetizers and drinks. Room was very nice. and quiet. I felt safe in the neighborhood and walked to a couple of local restaurants. Anaheim Transit picked us up right in front of the hotel and transported to Disneyland for a reasonable rate. Hotel staff were friendly and knowledgeable about helping us set up the transit apps on our phone.

When we arrived, there were several dishes that the prior customers had stacked outside our door in the hallway from that morning's brunch, I assume. They were still there the next morning as we left for Disneyland. I'm not sure why the 6 nights we stayed on this trip do not count toward reward points or whatever they are called.

Staying at Embassy Suites by Hilton Anaheim South was very convenient for our family of 4. We stayed for 2 nights and stayed here for a 3 day Disneyland vacation. The rooms were clean, staff was very pleasant, breakfast was delicious with many options, quiet atmosphere, feee Wi-Fi, great scenery. A big plus for us was the shuttle bus that is only feet away from the entrance door. Also, if house keeping is needed they do a great job at being there at an ample time. Overall, our stay was very comfortable (we enjoyed our stay so much we already have next month booked here)

The only complaint is that the AC is very loud.

The lobby in the center was nice with some koi fish and turtles in the pond. The free breakfast was a good selection and they also offer free snacks and alcoholic/ non alcoholic beverages in the evening from 5-630. The room size was nice with a separate living room/dining room from the bedroom.

There is no bell service so bringing up baggage was difficult. This hotel seems to get a lot of young sports teams so the pool was packed and the groups were quite loud at all hours. The elevator took forever.

Breakfast was nice. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are very nice for the price.

Distance to our destination wasn’t great (Disneyland) and the shuttle was pretty unreliable timing wise, although I’m sure that’s not the hotels fault. The other issue I have is that I couldn’t book an extra night at the front desk, to extend our stay from a 4-night to a 5-night. I had to go online; pay the highest price for a 1-night stay and then take that route. It surprises me that technology has taken over this far, so as to incapacitate the staff from booking you another night and giving you a better deal for staying longer. Other than that, everything was fine, just wish we could’ve been upgraded instead of gouged for another full-price night, when we had already been staying 4 nights.

I think I paid way more with Booking.com than booking directly with the hotel. We went here with my daughters cheer group for nationals and we paid a lot more through your site. I probably will not use your site again to book hotels. I have used this site before and been happy with it but was pretty upset with how much more we paid. It was significantly more than everyone else in our party. I like your site and used it many times and was pretty disappointed when I found this out.

The breakfast was good. The employees making the omelette a were so nice and friendly. The housekeeping was really nice and helpful.

I didn’t really like paying for parking. If I’m paying for my room and all the extra charges why is parking being charged. If I’m staying there where else am I suppose to park.
