Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. Heater worked well. Quiet at night.

First room had a musty smell so the receptionist changed our room and the second room was good. The shower rod holding the shower curtain should be lowered and closer to the shower wall. While showering the curtain was of no use as a barrier to the water. The result was that the floor was wet after our showers and we had to use towels to soak up the water so we wouldn't slip. Possible liability for your hotel that can be avoided.

This exceeded my expectations! I would actually call it more like a "motel" as the doors open directly to outdoors, not into a hallway. It seems as if the property has been recently updating their rooms as this was the most modern room I've been in for this type of building. There was wood vinyl flooring, nice (non-squeaky) and comfortable bed, stylish wall paper, and modern furniture and decorations. They were able to get us into a room 1 hour before check in time, which was great! Each morning there was an included breakfast where you would request food items (think yogurt, granola bars, fresh fruit, muffins) and the worker would pass them to you. I think they closed down their restaurant (maybe renovations or COVID?) but this was perfectly good. There is a small pool / jacuzzi area which was perfect! Because of the small size, each party would basically take their turn in the pool area. This way you essentially get the pool / jacuzzi to yourself. Because it's a smaller property it wasn't an issue figuring out a time to go. The property is near to several eateries (Jack In The Box literally next door, Joe's Italian Ice and Pho Ha across the street, Buca Di Beppo down the road a bit). It's also within reasonable walking distance of Target if you need any last minute items.

Because the doors open to the outside and this is on a main road, it can be a bit noisy. We also were in a room that could open to the neighboring room, so I felt like we could hear more into the next room rather than if it had been a wall (think hearing your next door neighbor snoring). We were closer to the pool so we could also hear kids playing at the pool, but people were usually nice and stopped making noise at a reasonable hour. If you want to travel to Disney this place is a bit farther than a comfortable walk, but it is on the main road so you can take a shuttle bus.

super clean and our housekeeping lady was super amazing and nice. breakfast was ok but it does mention grab and go overall amazing

beds were a bit smaller maybe full sized we normally get the double rooms with 2 queens but this rooms beds were a bit smaller and were a bit more squished. but nothing to complain about

Everything Richard was able to check me in on such short notice as the place we were supposed to stay at were so rude and so thank you for saving my bday trip and everything was fantastic the lady also at front desk was so nice really nice customer service thank you so much would definitely stay here again whenever I'm in la for a short trip

The doors in room 207 were kind of not really able to close all the way and when we came back key card stopped working so we just had to go to the front desk to reset it I believe

Quiet place and close to amenities. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Pool and hot tub was a bonus for relaxation for the family I would highly recommend this place to all of my friends and family

They didn't have the continental breakfast as it was going through some renovations. Would of been nice to have continental breakfast..that's about all I have to say.. other than we enjoyed the Hotel.

I liked how there was a fridge & microwave. The girl that checked me in was great. She was very efficient, kind and articulate. I would gladly stay there again & again. I will be telling all my friends about my experience.

That they bathroom floor was dirty and had hair that was not even my color all over it. And that there was only one light for the whole main part of the room. Other than those two smalls things, everything was great.

The staff here are wonderful n very helpful. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the location is a plus along with The Happiest Place ( Disneyland)!!! This place to unwind n relax bc it's quiet n drama like noisy neighbors.

The pool n laundry. The pool n jacuzzi I understand bc of the COVID. I was wondering why the washer n dryer were not open at all.

For my needs, the location was convenient, the room was a good size, clean and friendly, and the bed was clean and comfortable.

Some days the WIFI was on and off.

Loud cars up and down Harbor (Not their fault)

Comfy bed, plenty of lighting, fridge, tabletop areas, clean

Pillows could've been little more denser and shower curtain was too short to keep water from exiting basin.
