I've stayed here a few times over the years and continue to "check in" on them every once in awhile to see how it develops. The new ownership and staff is fantastic, friendly and very willing to make sure things go right the first time. Our room was nice and the property was clean. Housekeeping was polite and the front desk responsive to questions.

I have always felt like they could use a bigger parking lot but that's not really something they can change. Can't knock any points off for the impossible. :)

It was clean and affordable

No microwave or hangers to hang clothes on. When we booked it, the app said breakfast offered, but when we checked in, was told no breakfast offered.. The beds could use some help.

The location felt safe. It's off a major street near Disney.

Loved the pricing of the hotel. Location (despite it being further than we expected) the set-up in room (even though no chairs, microwave or coffe station), cleanliness (no carpet, big plus), and staff. I was very surprised and pleased with this hotel. It has your basics so dont expect the extras like a microwave or coffee station. I think most people if visiting disney end up getting coffee at the starbucks in the park. But there is a refrigerator. And the rooms have laminate flooring which i prefer since carpets carry so much dander that a vacuum alone cannot get rid of. Since we chose to eat dinner outside of disney, across the street from this hotel is Mr. Pho and it was fantastic. Across from Mr.Pho is Joe's Italian Ice cream. The ice cream was the best! I am normally sensitive to dairy but this is homemade. So needless to say it was the best quality. We went back two nights in a row. Also neighborhood is surprisingly quiet around there. I guess because it is closer to residential area and a bit further away from the parks. But i give this place a thumbs up.

The walk to Disneyland was a little bit longer than we expected. 4 blocks is actually a mile. So if you love to walk then the location is a win. But we ended up getting an uber and it was the best thing we did. It really saved us at the end of the day. Cheaper than parking at disney structure.

I’ve stayed here several times. Great little budget hotel for a short Disney trip. Beds are comfortable. Feels safe. Close drive to the Toy Story Parking lot for Disneyland.

This is the first time I’ve stayed in the King Bed/ Bunk Bed style room. This room seemed much more run down than previous stays. Was disappointed the mini fridge was the smaller version with no freezer like previous rooms I’ve stayed here before. The floors- please mop and clean the floors better. This has been a concern for multiple stays now. Within minutes of my son taking his shoes off his feet were black.

We stayed in the family suite with a King Bed, and bunk beds. There was plenty of space for us to relax and spread out. We really appreciated all of the desk and counter space in the room, so all of our luggage could be up off the floor. We stayed here while we visited the Disneyland Resort, and took an Uber to and from the park each day. VERY CONVENIENT.

There was no counter space in the bathroom, so we ended up moving the stool (from the desk) into the bathroom so we had a place to set things down. ALSO, this resort was definitely underwhelming to look at from the outside, but the room was large, clean, and a great value.

The room was bigger than expected and very clean. The bathroom was a little bit run down ... BUT the shower had the hottest water and the best water pressure I've had in any hotel ever! There was plenty of room for all our stuff and I really liked the contemporary look of the furniture & wallpaper.

It was a little noisy when cars were parking outside, but when the heater was on, we could barely hear it. Heads up, there was no coffee maker or microwave ... But who really chooses a hotel based on that anyways.
