The restaurants on the top floor were closed each night for either private function or just closed which meant we couldnt watch Disney fireworks and have dinner drinks as a family.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed with how nice and modern the facilities were, particularly the beautiful lobby area and luxurious furnishings,and the rooftop pool and bar. However, my experience was marred by the thin, uncomfortable pillows provided in my room. Despite the comfortable mattress and otherwise pleasant accommodations, the lack of proper neck support made it difficult to get a good night's sleep and left me with a sore neck in the morning. I would highly recommend that the hotel invest in higher quality pillows to ensure a more comfortable stay for guests.

The pillows

Clean, modern hotel. Large rooms, very happy they didn’t have carpet in them. Loved the market downstairs for coffee and breakfast on the go. Housekeeping was great- made beds, took out trash, and replaced towels. Location was good with very easy access transportation to Disney parks with the ART bus system. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Beds are a little too firm and pillows are flat but requested extra pillows at check in and they brought them right up. View of the park really isn’t worth the up-charge. Yes you can see it but it’s across the freeway in between other buildings.

Room was bright and very clean and always smell good. I love the toilet so bright and clean they have 2 shower head and 2 shower rain. It’s amazing. Room 1000 View View View amazing. When I check in my room was not ready at 8 pm due to late checkout but was complementary dinner which was great. Restaurant was fantastic. My wonderful waitress Odalis. She was amazing took care of us. Nadya was our bartender she was top notch when come to customer service. She remember my drinks what I like and when she on the break she make sure her co worker know what I like to drinks. That is top notch service. I don’t have no complaint but it’s only preference. The bed is spring.

the hotel itself was nice, very close to Disney. There was a local shuttle for $6 per person per day to the parks that was super convenient and clean. The hotel will charge you a deposit when you get there( which is like any hotel) Parking is $30 a night , a bit steep. After I checked out and settled my bill they charged me an additional $250. My room was completely paid for before we even arrived. I called and the person who answered said of that was probably the deposit which will drop but they had already charged me the deposit when we checked in. This was a new charge after we checked out. She said she’d speak to the manager and they’d get back to me. No one did. I messaged the property and no one got back to me. Still haven’t received my deposit back and they charged the additional $250

We loved this hotel, the bar on the rooftop is gorgeous and you can see towards the Park! Great for the nighttime shows. The food was great as were the cocktails and it was the perfect location for our trip!! The rooms are spacious and modern and there is a Disney theme running through. Two restaurants so felt like a destination in itself! Highly recommended for a stay in Anaheim ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The parking is expensive in my opinion. Would of rather it been part of the hotel room charge

Lovely bright and airy hotel with clean and fresh rooms. Check in was quick and efficient and all staff in the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. The location is ideal for Disneyland, we stayed for two nights and took the ART shuttle from the hotel to the parks which was a regular and convenient service, only around 15 mins. If you are looking for a great value hotel as a base for Disney then I would highly recommend the Viv Hotel.

Lovely newly renovated hotel with modern rooms, great art and wonderful pool and jacuzzi! Easy access to Disney via shuttle. Would definitely stay here again! They also let us check in super early which we were so grateful for after a 24 hour journey and were desperate to sleep. It set us up perfectly for a fabulous holiday!

Maybe more gluten free/vegan options at restaurant.

I loved this property, this is probably one of the best hotels I have stayed. This hotel felt so luxury like the luxury hotels in Vegas. I give this hotel and 100 of of 10 over the scale. it was very clean and all the workers and restaurant workers were so nice and amazing we felt like celebrities there and it smelt so amazing in the hotel it was very beautiful and the price was so affordable. We stayed for our Disney Xmas trip with our 2 year old daughter and even the decor and theme of the hotel made our trip so magical and in Disney and Xmas spirit and we enjoyed every minute of it. we will be staying again 1000 percent ❤️
