The location and staff are great. My room was large and very clean. The cleaning staff came in and changed the trash and gave us new towels every day. The valet is very kind and accommodating.

The parking situation is difficult. There are limited spaces to park and by the end of the night, the valet has cars stacked on top of each other. I had planned to leave early in the morning but valet doesn’t open until 6am. It took him a bit of time to organize the cars so I can get out of my spot. Don’t get me wrong the valet is wonderful, kind, and does the best they can do. The parking situation is just challenging especially if you are going to use your car during your stay.

Always enjoy our stay at Del Sol, very close to the park-within a few minutes walk. Close to food in all directions. We had a family room with bunkbeds for the kids which is always a bonus for them. Daily maid service, clean pool onsite. Hot water every shower. Beds are very comfy. Nice fridge, microwave, hairdryer, ice. Have stayed 3 times and always quiet, friendly staff, family friendly.

This time we had a corner room with no view, but we did arrive at midnight so that's understandable. Would have preferred a downstairs by pool as requested. Never enough coffee packets in the room and they don't use Kpods. Was able to get as many coffee packets as requested at front desk. A suggestion: Throw a full length mirror on the bathroom door. Bathroom mirror lighting is good though. Never had a great breakfast, but miss it. They have none now, but Denny's is steps away.

The room was spacious, Beds were nice and comfortable. Disneyland is just across the street within walking distance! Denny’s is right next door and other dining also within walking distance. The people were nice and friendly. My family enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

The parking is not the greatest it’s a bit tight! The only thing that bothered me was I had the maids In while we were out to grab some garbage and when we returned back to our room the door had been left open. Thank goodness nothing was missing!

Close to Disneyland! Nice employees.

The mirror with the bright LED surrounding mirror was too bright…painful for eyes and hard to see.. Put toilet paper strands over all the bright LED so I could try to get ready without having pain from the LED’s. (we did this by spraying the edges of the mirror with a water spray bottle to attach toilet paper) I don’t recall seeing that there was a microwave on the Internet site when I booked so we would’ve brought more things if we had known there was one. Had to unplug the refrigerator every night because it was making such a loud noise clanking ever second.

Everything looked updated. I liked how it was within walking distance from Disneyland. About 5 min or so. Staff was very nice. Beds & pillows were comfortable. We are a family of 6 & the room & beds were very spacious. We got a room that had bunk beds & my kids loved that.

The parking situation was odd. Cars were parked & blocked by other cars. Valet would move them for us incase the car was blocked by another car. Cleaning staff only put out soap & a couple extra towels in our room the first night. The last day, nothing. Even when we put the sign out to please clean. Trash was over flowing, beds not done, no TP. After a long Day at the Park, it would’ve been nice to come back to a nice clean room. Maybe cleaning staff had already walked past us by the time we left & put sign up?

Hotel is directly across from Disneyland, the main reason I booked hotel. The room was clean and quiet. I did not hear any of my neighboring rooms. Front desk was very nice and accommodating. Bed was comfortable. Room was nice. Fridge kept everything very cold.

Parking is terrible here. That is the biggest downfall of the property. We were lucky enough to get an actual parking space. Otherwise you will be blocking other vehicles and will need to leave your keys with valet. The bathroom is TINY!! You can barely walk in and shut the door. It feels claustrophobic at times. Although I could not here my neighboring rooms, everyone that walked by felt loud, even if they weren’t. You can here families outside the room as they pass by. That wasn’t a huge deal breaker for me because it wasn’t constant.

The location was great, and the room I booked had a bunk bed in addition to the 2 queens, which was unexpected but a nice surprise. While my trip was only two adults, I imagine we could have fit my entire family in that room, which we normally book 2 rooms to do.

The parking could have been better. It is a fairly small lot, and it would have been difficult if I didn't have such a small car. Getting into a space was a little difficult, but we had no trouble when it was time to leave.

We loved our stay at Del Sol. After reading some reviews it made us a little nervous, but it was great. The rooms where clean, a nice size, and updated. Somehow our room got mixed up and we didn't get the bunk beds, but they quickly helped me get it all worked out. It was so close to the park that we were able to come back for a few hours everyday, which helped our feet tremendously. The hotel also gave us a discount coupon at Denny's that we happily took advantage of.

Of course you have to pay for parking, but he parking guys were great. The walls are on the thin side. We had the cooler going most the time and so it muffled most noise, but you can hear neighbors come in at night and if they are watching tv. Maybe some ear plugs would be smart if youre a light sleeper.

The location is perfect - just a 10 min walk to the gates of Disneyland. The beds are comfortable. They don't do breakfast anymore, but do give you a 25% off coupon for Denny's, which is right next door. I was impressed that the front desk and manager reviewed my bill and saw that Booking tried to gauge me with the last night being $800. That was crazy! Instead, they proactively offered to reduce the price of the last night by 50%. The nights before were less expensive. Good customer service.

The internet is not very good, although they did reset it twice during our stay, which improved it a little. Was difficult to work/study on the non-Disney days, but the rest of the stay was great.

The proximity to the parks was fantastic. The pool and hot tub area were well maintained and the stuff was incredibly pleasant. It was also surprisingly quiet!

There was no dresser in the family room which was much needed. The sink and bathroom area were very small for a family room. We had 6 occupants in our room and we slept comfortably but getting ready and having adequate storage was a challenge. There also is no elevator. Towing heavy luggage or after an exhausting day at the park, an elevator would have been a huge plus.
