We definitely selected this property for the location, and I feel like that's what we paid for. The option to walk quickly to Disneyland/Downtown Disney was fantastic! The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially at reception, but they also responded quickly when we had trouble with a broken alarm clock. The beds were super comfortable, everything worked well and was clean, and my son wanted to take the pillows home with us. We didn't, but he wanted to. My kids also enjoyed the pool.

The room itself was pretty small-you were playing kinda fast and loose with the terms "sofa bed" (its a big chair-I'm glad no one from our party had to use it) and "queen sized bed". It's also a high price to charge for a place that doesn't include breakfast, but since there's a Panera basically in your parking lot, it all worked out.

We were told there would be cleaning on one of our four days. (Really at over 300 a night it should be daily). However, the cleaning person failed to show up until 3:45 on the one day it was to be offered. We had been at the parks from 8 - 3 and were trying to rest. We asked her to come back after 6 or any time the next day. She never returned and our room was not cleaned at all in our four night stay.

The location and price were great. The staff were wonderful. The pool was warm, which is a rarity, in my experience--it was actually a pleasure to swim in it. The room was nothing fancy, but it was functional and clean.

Our second morning in the room, my daughter pulled a fresh, folded towel from the shelf under the sink. When she unfolded it to use it, there was a cockroach in it. It was an unpleasant wake-up call for us, to say the least (I'm sure our neighbors didn't appreciate all the screaming at 8 a.m., either). I scooped up the towel, with the roach still inside, ran through the room, and tossed both the towel and its passenger out the door. I went downstairs to tell the front desk staff. They were appropriately appalled and sent up a new set of towels. They also had someone spray insecticide outside the door. We appreciated that, but we didn't rest easy for the remainder of our stay. We kept expecting another roach to pop out of some cranny. Fortunately, we didn't see another one.

Great location, you can pick-up your food at Panera on your way to/from the park. You can watch fireworks right from the room or close the curtains and nap during peak hours in the park. While it's close to the freeway/street, it isn't noisy in the room, except the fireworks time of course.

The fridge temp control was broken and all our baby food was frozen. All doors in the room creaked. They still don't serve breakfast, while all nearby restaurants are already open. At least there is a dining room with free to use microwaves.

If you are going to Disneyland or Disney Adventure Park (which everyone is) the location of this resort is great, it is nextdoor to a McDonalds, Ihop & Dennys which is convenient for early breakfasts or late night food following Disney. It is also maximum a 7-10 minute walk to the gates of Disneyland. Rooms are standard and beds are comfortable, the aircon is a little loud but the convenience outweighs the sound. The service was nice and it was great to get into our rooms early, make sure to register with reception you may be in luck and get access to yur room earlier.

Friendly efficient check in, easy walk to Disneyland parks and Downtown Disney. The nightly view of fireworks from our balcony was a bonus!!!! Convenient little shop in the lobby and tiny arcade style game room on 3rd floor. McDonalds and Panera mere steps away. Staff were helpful in finding a motorized scooter rental for my husband.

Amazing staff. We had arrived 3 hours early and front desk allowed us to check in early at no extra cost! The easiest walk to Disneyland; rooms were clean, big and comfortable! Nice little gift shop inside for any last minute items and conveniently located right next to a Panera/McDonald’s for early breakfast or quick dinners when downtown is too packed! Absolutely loved my stay!!!

The parking situation is a bit cumbersome. Because of the way they register your car; if there’s multiple cars arriving; you are stuck waiting quite a while.

There was no breakfast. Good location and rooms were nice. I like they have water containers available in lobby to get a cup of water.

My daughters got locked out while I was at park and the staff wasn’t very kind to them. My one daughter was having pain in her eye and needed to get to them room quickly and the staff at the desk made it difficult. And the key didn’t work when they finally got one to use and they had to wait for security to come and do something to door. Just was frustrating and my daughter was very upset and said the person wasn’t very nice to her.

it was convenient to the parks. it was super clean. staff was all friendly. liked having a few food options, made it easy to pick a place to eat.

I didn’t like that there weren’t any microwaves in the rooms especially because there wasn’t a breakfast. super inconvenient to have to go to a certain floor to heat up anything for the babies. didn’t like that was only one elevator for the entire building. and our room wasn’t that close to it.

we liked the Disney theming in the rooms and the Mickey head on the roof. fireworks were in perfect view

parking situation! there’s a horrible pinch point where the parking lot attendant is. 1 incoming car takes the whole driveway and getting out to street was not fun. attendant takes too long checking cars in with parking pass and taking pics of car. also, didn’t like parking in the back alley, spaces were tight
