Best Western Plus Park Place Inn - Mini Suites

The location was awesome. The parking was inexpensive ($15) and under a gated entrance/exit. The breakfast was free and had a good variety. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have two pillows per person (we had 4 I'm the room and double beds). Coffee maker and a larger mini fridge was also part of the amenities.

For some reason, the sheets were loud. Everytime someone one turned or readjusted the sheets it woke everyone in the room up. There is laundry ($4 for a wash) however when we were there someone had taken all the machines and then had more to do. Other people then started lining up their bags and suitcases to "reserve" a spot. NOT the hotel's fault, more so just a warning that you may not get a machine. We ended up going a couple min away and got it done quickly ( and had a terrific burrito place next door for only $8)

The location was amazing! You can't beat across the street from the Happiest place on Earth! The size of the room was great. We had 4 women in that room - so it was a mess... but it fit our needs size-wise. There were even extra places to place our suitcases! The beds were comfortable and clean! The shower was nice and well-tempered when needed. There was extra space in the area around the sink too which was nice. It was also nice to have a small (very) refrigerator (read - no freezer) in the room and a microwave as well. The staff in the breakfast area were wonderful.

The front desk staff were rude - kind of expected us to know all about things we didn't know and frustrated when we didn't. They were put off when we asked for extra pillows and keys - which are normal requests. The breakfast area was very small. There were WAY too many people for the small size of the breakfast area. It was confusing to know where stuff was - the flow of the breakfast didn't make a lot of sense. The parking was tiny at best. If you drive a truck or a larger SUV, be prepared to make a lot of 3-point turns. I know they've packed as many in as possible - but they ALL say "compact" and there were full size trucks parked in those spots - I get it, space is limited, but seriously. We were grateful to find a spot every time we needed.

I loved that the breakfast was held in a brand-new facility right next door. Was very clean and had a great choice of items for the whole family. The location from Disney is as close as you're going to get without staying inside the Disneyland Park. Great cheerful staff.

I didn't like that the only elevator was located in the center of the building. So, it made for a long walk if you were on the opposite side. Also, the parking on day of checkout is 3pm. In my case, the day I was checking out was my last day at the park. Wish because I stayed at the hotel, they could've extended to the time of the park closing.

Have stayed many times over the last 12-15 years! Location is amazing, staff is very friendly & helpful. Love the additional amenities like having the breakfast option next door & the water/coffee station in the lobby. The rooms are also quite spacious.

The lights at the vanity mirror are so dim it's hard to get ready in the morning (make-up mostly). There are many bulbs which were all lit, but the light was just very yellow and dim. Also, small thing, but the A/C unit had a very loud rumbling/rattling sound when it would kick on and while running (much louder than the constant fan). It did wake us up here-and-there throughout the night.

If you're looking for a place close to the parks this is it, it's clean, with a restaurant with in the property, excellent complementary breakfast.

I love how close the property was to Disneyland. We came and stayed for A Touch Of Disney and instead of having to go through the Disney parking, we walked right up and got right in. So that was awesome. And the room was so comfortable. The best part was that our car was parked right in front of us. The staff were all friendly and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone coming to Disney.

The staff was very attentive and helpful. The proximity to Disneyland is unmatched. It it LITERALLY across the street. Its an approximately 7 min walk from the hotel room to the admissions gate. The included buffet style breakfast is amazing and changes everyday. They have hot breakfast meals such as customized breakfast sandwiches, build your own breakfast burrito, pancake breakfast, etc. I love that they include the cereal, oatmeal, pastries and yogurt options for picky eaters. We loved every part of our stay and are already planning our next visit!

You can't beat the location of this hotel! Just a 5 minute walk from Disneyland's gates, it's perfect for walking when you want to be close to go back to nap or swim in the hot afternoons. I'd definitely recommend it if you have little ones who can't walk far without complaining their feet hurt at the end of a long day! Breakfast is decent for being complimentary with a good variety and it changes daily. Rooms are nice and the most comfortable beds I've ever had during a hotel stay! The $15/day parking is great and much less than surrounding hotels or parking in the park. Overall, a great hotel! We continue to come back here when we come to Disneyland!

Not having maid service for a 6 night stay is hard with a family. We constantly had to call and request more towels or take trash bags off the cleaning cart. They should at least offer one good cleaning during a stay that long. Also, we had several ants in our bathroom when we arrived to the hotel. We were able to kill them and things were fine. Minor inconvenience but can make you feel like it isn't as clean as you'd like. Felt a little lazy on the hotels part. Parking is very limited if you aren't in a compact car so prepare for that if you drive a bigger vehicle.

This hotel is literally opposite Disneyland’s main entrance so you cannot beat its location. It’s probably closer than Disney’s own hotels!! I arrived before park open and the hotel kindly let me store my backpack with them while I visited the parks. I came back at 3 and checked in, had a quick shower and then headed back to Disney, before crashing back to bed after the fireworks. The air conditioning was great, nice coffee machine, good shower pressure and a very comfy bed. I didn’t use the pool and jacuzzi but they looked quite small. The breakfast the next morning was great. Bagels, eggs, fruit, toast, muffins - the usual!!

Nothing!! It is quite pricey but the location is definitely worth the money!

Location can't be beat. Right across from the street from Disneyland. Stay includes a free breakfast (L'Eggo waffles and pancakes, eggs, sausage patties, toast, cereal, coffee, juice). Adults will find it acceptable. Kids will think it's delicious! Hotel has a small unheated pool that little ones seemed to enjoy. Our room had a microwave and mini-fridge which was perfect for us to keep extra food which saved quite a bit on meals. Beds were comfortable for me and the kids, but a little too soft for my husband. Bathroom was clean with good water pressure. The property is a bit dated and my husband thought the room was a little stuffy, but you can open the windows to get fresh air if you want. I thought it was fine with the air conditioning. Parking was $15/day on top of the room price and we were able to leave the car until 3pm on the day that we checked out even though checkout was at 11am. Overall this hotel was extremely convenient for our 3-day, 2-night stay at Disney and was literally $1,000 cheaper than staying at the cheapest of the Disney hotels. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Property was a bit dated. Pool was not heated.
